Alexander Topchy is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Broad Street Realty, Inc. During his nearly 30 years spent in commercial real estate, Mr. Topchy has gained experience in all facets of commercial real estate, including construction, development, asset management, financial analysis, financing, and investing. His experience spans many property types, from datacenters, self-storage and office buildings to residential condominiums, multifamily rental, and retail centers. Mr. Topchy has been involved with Broad Street since the beginning, helping to evaluate acquisition targets and secure growth capital, and most recently helping to navigate the transition from a small privately-owned firm to a public company.
Mr. Topchy has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Broad Street Realty, Inc. since 2019. Mr. Topchy served as the chief financial officer of Broad Street from 2009 to December 2019, and as Vice President of Finance from 2006 to 2009. Prior to joining Broad Street, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Topchy was Vice President of Finance at EastBanc, Inc., a real estate developer based in Washington, D.C., engaged in repositioning high-street retail properties and developing ground up luxury residential condominiums. While at EastBanc, Mr. Topchy coordinated with foreign financial partners, investors, and lenders, and performed financial feasibility studies for all of EastBanc's real estate investments. Prior to EastBanc, he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Core Location, LLC, performing financial analysis for development projects, including two major technology centers. Mr. Topchy began his career at The Clark Construction Group, where he gained experience in project management and contract negotiation. Mr. Topchy has an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Washington, D.C., and has been a CFA Charter-holder since 2004. Mr. Topchy previously served as a director from 2016 to 2019 as treasurer from 2017 to 2019 for the CFA Society Washington, D.C., Board of Directors.

Aras Holden joined the Broad Street team in March 2012 and has been involved in the acquisition or disposition of assets exceeding $185 million. As VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Aras both sources and analyzes acquisition opportunities and leads the repositioning efforts of strategic investments. His responsibilities include modeling debt and equity scenarios, negotiating key leases, and leading the due diligence efforts for acquisitions. Additionally, Aras assists with investor relations and works closely with the property management and leasing teams to enhance value across the Broad Street portfolio.
Aras Holden has been an integral member of the Broad Street team since 2012. In his current role, Aras works closely with the executive team on investment strategy and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition and development opportunities. Additionally, he oversees major development projects including Midtown Row midtownrowwilliamsburg.com, Broad Street's first mixed-use property. Previously, Aras fulfilled an asset management function where he led the repositioning efforts of several key properties and focused on developing best practices across the portfolio. Aras began his career at Costar as a research associate before joining Broad Street.

Ben Schiesl specializes in tenant representation in Downtown Washington, D.C. He is focused on aligning his client's real estate requirements with their business objectives and budgetary needs. Ben provides in-depth market research, local and national trend analysis, workplace strategy, financial modeling, and transaction management. Haze McCrary has worked in the commercial real estate industry for twenty years. Chad Knoth joined Broad Street Realty in 2018, where he does leasing and sales. In 2003 Chad started his career in the real estate industry and had been involved in over 190 real estate deals which have amounted to over 9.1 million SF with a value of $145+ million. Chad has overseen the entitlement process of 19 development projects totaling over 125,000 SF with a deal value of just over $18 million.
Christian is the Controller at Broad Street Realty. In this role, he has oversight of property accounting, cash management, banking, AR, AP, conversions systems, and is responsible for training and managing accounting staff.

Dane Tekin is Vice President of Retail Leasing at Broad Street Realty. Dane possesses over 20 years of combined experience in retail, merchandising, marketing, and leasing specializing in mixed-use projects. In her current role, she is responsible for driving leasing and merchandising strategy for Broad Street's premiere properties specializing in grocery-anchored, necessity-based retail. She additionally, supports business development and asset management in identifying emerging retail trends, and new market concepts and providing a pipeline of relevant prospects. Dane specializes in interpreting changes in demographic trends, and analysis of psychographic data.

Prior to joining Broad Street, Dane Tekin spearheaded business development, local leasing, and pre-development for Centennial for Dulles Town Center in Sterling, VA. Holly Gray is the Controller of Broad Street Realty, LLC. Holly has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has worked with the leading real estate investment trusts, property management and real estate developers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. At Broad Street, Holly leads the accounting team and manages the day to day accounting of operations for Broad Street Realty and the entire portfolio of properties. Holly is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and assists with the preparation of tax returns. She is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of accounting processes and procedures. She works closely with the asset and property management teams to provide accounting support across the portfolio.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Foster led process to sell DuPont Fabros in transaction valued over $7 billion which closed in September 2017. In tenure of Chief Financial Officer achieved total shareholder return of 224% which was an average of 37% per annum. Assumed key role at DuPont Fabros in IPO process which resulted in the completion of $735 million offering in October 2007.
Mr. Foster was a major contributor in raising over $3 billion for DuPont Fabros post IPO through bonds, bank debt, preferred equity and common equity.
He has performed lead role in 2012 successfully lobbying the Commonwealth of Virginia for a sales tax exemption for data center equipment. Mr. Neal has also met with Governor and Virginia Economic Development Council and testified to Virginia House of Delegates.
Mr. Foster has a key role in negotiating and closing significant DuPont Fabros lease with contract value in excess of $250 million. He played an integral role on five-person team who developed and issued for GTE $1 billion of a new type of security, MIPS, which is a mixture of debt and equity offered through a limited partnership. This resulted in GTE obtaining innovative low-cost financing and improved ratings for senior secured debt.

Prior to becoming the EVP - Finance & Strategy of International Rail Partners, LLC and President & CEO of MedAmerica Properties Inc. (OTC: MAMP), Mr. Bencivenga's provided strategic and financial advice to businesses in real estate, music, gaming and solid waste management. He also served as a board member on numerous companies. Before that he was a founding partner of $5 billion hedge fund whose businesses including lending to and private equity investing in small to medium sized companies. He also spent three and a half years as Managing Director/Global Head of High Yield at Barclays Capital. During his tenure there his team originated over 75 high yield, mezzanine and bridge loan transaction and acted as lead or joint lead on over twenty. In 1999, one of these transactions was awarded IFR's European High Yield Deal of the Year, Euromoney Deal of the Year and received a Highly Commended Award from Corporate Finance Magazine.
During Mr. Bencivenga first 18 years of experience working in the Investment banking industry he spent his first 13 years working at Salomon Brothers and Drexel Burnham. Mr. Bencivenga served as Head of High Yield Research at both Drexel Burnham in the late 1980's and Salomon Brothers in the early 1990's. For two years Mr. Bencivenga also served as Deputy Head of Equity Research at Salomon Brothers. In 1994, Mr. Bencivenga became head of Fixed Income Credit Research and the co-head of Fixed Income Strategy at Salomon Brothers where he used his expertise to develop investment strategies for global investors.
Mr. Bencivenga has a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Bencivenga currently resides in New Jersey.

Michael Jacoby is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Broad Street Realty, Inc. Mr. Jacoby has more than 31 years of experience in the real estate industry and is an expert in large-scale leasing, acquisition, and development transactions. He has successfully completed commercial property transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of more than twenty two million square feet of properties throughout the United States. Mr. Jacoby personally focuses on overall corporate strategy and all aspects of Broad Street's successful acquisition program.

Prior to co-founding Broad Street, Mr. Jacoby co-founded Core Location LLC, a firm focused on development, leasing, and capital partner relationships. During his time at Core Location, Mr. Jacoby was instrumental in the acquisition, financing, redevelopment, leasing and sale of the 1.2 million square foot Lakeside Technology Center in Chicago, Illinois, the World's largest data center as, the San Jose Technology Center in San Jose, California and the Metro Atlanta Technology Center, in Atlanta, Georgia. Tom Yockey is the Founder and Director of Broad Street Realty. Inc. The Maryland-based company provide fully integrated real estate leasing, corporate services, development, investment, and property management capabilities. With almost three decades of diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Yockey is a senior executive with a significant record of accomplishments and a proven team leader at both the corporate and project level. He has experience with both renovation and new construction projects in thirteen U.S. cities spanning from coast to coast, with an emphasis on the Washington, D.C. market. He has worked with many of the Nation's most innovative and respected architects, engineers and contractors in the development of state-of-the-art facilities. Mr. Yockey has successfully managed large complex technical teams and a full range of development activities including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, zoning/entitlements, site planning, design, and engineering, permitting, contractor bidding/negotiation, base building construction, tenant improvements and legal matters.

Prior to co-founding Broad Street, Mr. Yockey was Principal and Director of Development for Core Location, LLC, where he managed a national development program, focusing on projects that directly address the unique demands of mission critical telecommunications infrastructure and Internet data center providers. His duties included managing the company's development/construction team in the delivery of 2,500,000 square feet of projects over a two-year period and participating as a key member of Core's acquisition and due diligence team. He directly managed the development of Core's two key projects in partnership with The Carlyle Group of Washington, D.C., including Lakeside Technology Center, Chicago, Illinois and San Jose Technology Center, San Jose, California.
Previously, Mr. Yockey was a Senior Vice President at CarrAmerica, a national REIT, and its predecessor, The Oliver Carr Company. During his twelve years there, he was a key member of the executive team that managed the delivery of 11 million square feet of buildings nationally, and he was also the development manager for several large complex office projects.

Mr. Bedi has over 15 years of experience in real estate investing, private equity, capital markets and public REIT investing. Over the course of Mr. Bedi's career, he has invested billions of dollars of capital across the capital structure in public and private real estate on behalf of institutional investors, including endowments, foundations and family offices.
Mr. Bedi currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Invesque, Inc. (TSX: IVQ/U, IVQ), a publicly traded healthcare real estate company. At Invesque, Mr. Bedi leads all capital markets and strategic efforts by advising on initiatives to enhance shareholder value.
Mr. Bedi founded KRV Capital, LP, a private investment and advisory firm serving private and public market real estate investors via a co-investment platform with institutional capital partners. KRV Capital, LP was originally founded in 2013 under the name Booth Park Capital Management, LLC before re-branding in 2016 after forming a strategic alliance with one of the world's leading and most prominent real estate private equity firms.
Previously, Mr. Bedi previously served as a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of REIT Securities at
Guggenheim Partners for its proprietary, multi-strategy opportunity fund. Prior, Mr. Bedi was a Principal and Senior Investment Professional at High Rise Capital Management. Mr. Bedi began his career in the Healthcare M&A investment banking and proprietary trading groups at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
He previously served as member of the Board of Directors of MedAmerica Properties, Inc. (Ticker: MAMP) before the merger with Broad Street Realty Trust, Inc. He also serves as an Executive Advisor to various public and private REITs as well as real estate private equity firms.
Mr. Bedi serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance in the Real Estate program at the NYU-Stern School of Business and has taught in the Master's program at Fordham University and NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
