David Rosenstein is not your typical real estate agent; David's educational background began with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and followed up with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis on Finance. For a number of years, he worked in the accounting field, with an emphasis on taxation and business consulting, before obtaining his mortgage lending and real estate licenses. These experiences prepared him to successfully navigate unique and difficult financial transactions.
Now, with over 30 years of professional real estate and lending experience, he uses all of his skills and abilities to benefit every one of his real estate clients. Licensed in California, and Washington as well as Arizona, David has successfully guided residential and commercial transactions to closing with the utmost in expertise and integrity.
