Daniel D. Geoulla is a co-founder and partner of B&D Law Group, APLC. Daniel serves as the firm's litigation managing partner and has successfully litigated thousands of cases to completion, both through settlement and trial. Daniel is very knowledgeable in the area of insurance bad faith and "open" policy litigation. He also heads the law firm's appellate practice. Daniel has obtained numerous seven-figure settlements and verdicts for personal injury victims and is well-known for being an aggressive advocate for his clients.

Jason Tillman brings to B&D Law Firm nearly a decade of experience in the legal field. He graduated from St. John's University School of Law in Queens, NY in 2014 and passed the New York State Bar in April 2015 and the California State Bar in December 2015. After graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration, Jason went on to pursue his law degree while working as a legal intern with the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic as part of the St. John's University School of Law Clinical Programs. He was part of the Criminal Defense Clinic at the Legal Aid Society of New York City where he interviewed and arraigned clients, conducted investigations of facts, wrote motions, and participated in plea bargains, pretrial hearings, and trials. Jason moved to California after receiving his law degree where he worked in personal injury law as an Associate Attorney/Of Counsel and then as a Trial Attorney. In these roles, he conducted interviews with prospective clients, drafted pleadings, negotiated settlements, and argued in hearings. With his vast experience, Jason was worked with defendants, plaintiffs, witnesses, and insurance providers in civil and criminal court proceedings. He has gained experience in interviewing clients and witnesses, conducting thorough investigations into the facts of the case, negotiating settlements for damages, developing litigation strategies, and defending his clients while opposing law and motion hearings. He has successfully represented his clients from the beginning of the case through trial, including mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences. Mahsa Farid is a Partner with B&D Law Group, APLC., specializing in plaintiff's litigation for personal injury matters. Ms. Farid focuses her practice on automobile and premises liability-related claims, with a specialty in traumatic brain injury, commercial motor carrier, and rideshare collisions. Ms. Farid has extensive experience litigating plaintiff lawsuits. Since joining B&D Law Group, APLC. in January 2017, Ms. Farid has helped recover over $22,000,000 for her clients against large insurance corporations. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the maximum recovery available and holding corporations, public entities, and individuals accountable for their negligence in causing her clients harm. Ms. Farid has been recognized as a Southern California "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, a distinction is given to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. Ms. Farid has worked for several notable litigation law firms in Southern California, where she obtained experience in complex personal injury litigation. Ms. Farid has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the California Superior Courts, and the US District Court for the Central District of California. Michael B. Geoola is a founding partner at B&D Law Group. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1998 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated with honors and ranked high amongst his class. He then received his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from Loyola Law School, where he graduated with high honors. Michael is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the California Superior Courts. Michael is an experienced trial attorney and skilled negotiator who has personally been involved with many multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements. Some of his notable cases include a Slip & Fall verdict of $3.3 million against a large grocery chain. He was also featured in the LA Times for a $5 million win for his client against the City of Los Angeles. Michael also advocates for victims of dog attacks, earning a recent jury verdict of $254K for his client.
