Castle City Estates was founded in 1990 as a development company specialising in retail and leisure projects principally in edge of town locations in the UK. During the late 1990's the Company extended it's activities into southern Spain... In 2011 Castle City formed a joimt venture partnership with Davies Street Properties and the first development to be undertaken in this partnership was a new 6,000m2 store for John Lewis at Home in Ashford, Kent. We are currently working in partnership with landowners in Ashford and Great Yarmouth to promote new retail and leisure parks totalling 14,000sqm2 for roll out in 2021
