Doctor Anne Leach provides medication management for patients with mental illness and addictions. Dr. Leach also oversees the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program for Centerstone, Inc., in Bloomington. ACT is a multidisciplinary team treatment approach dedicated to improving outcomes for people with serious mental illnesses who are at most risk of psychiatric crises. Education Leach attended the University of Chicago for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated with honors, earning a bachelor's degree in Economics in 1981. While in school, she worked in medical research and got interested in medicine. She went on to study medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine, graduating in 1986. From there, Dr. Leach returned to Chicago to complete her residency at the University of Illinois. She received her board certification in General Psychiatry in 1992. Before beginning her career in adult psychiatry, she worked as an assistant professor, focusing on psychiatric research at the University of Illinois. Dr. Leach returned to Bloomington, Indiana, to be closer to family. In her free time, Dr. Leach enjoys travel, reading, yoga, meditation, and spending time with her beloved animals.

Education Dr. Joel Harold Griffith pursued his medical education at Indiana University School of Medicine, obtaining his M.D. degree in 1972. Following this, he completed his residency in Psychiatry in 1975. His commitment to professional excellence is evident through his achievement as a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry in 1984 and his fellowship with the American Psychiatric Association in 2008, where he holds a distinguished status as a Life Fellow. Experience Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Griffith has made significant contributions to the field of psychiatry. In recognition of his outstanding service, he received the Meritorious Service Award at LaRue D. Carter Memorial Hospital in 1975. Dr. Griffith has been actively involved in shaping the mental health landscape, serving as a counselor for the Indiana Psychiatric Society in 1986 and as its president in 1988. Dr. Griffith has played instrumental roles in the development and leadership of various psychiatric programs. He was the driving force behind the establishment of the Inpatient Psychiatric Stress Care at Bloomington Hospital, where he served as the Medical Director. Additionally, he served as the Medical Director of the Eating Disorders unit, the Memory Clinic for Cognitive evaluation and healthy aging, and the Adolescent Evaluation and Treatment program. With his extensive expertise, Dr. Griffith has also held the position of Medical Director at Bloomington Meadows Hospital. Since 2019, he has been actively involved in Addictions Treatment, including the use of buprenorphine, a medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction. She also helps connect parents to other medical services and testing as needed. Born and raised in Indiana, Fangman spent much of her youth in the Ft. Wayne area before moving to North Vernon during her sophomore year of high school. When she was very young, Dr. Fangman wanted to be either a Rockette, an astronaut, or a doctor. As she got older, her path became clear. After graduating from North Vernon High School, Dr. Fangman attended Ball State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology and Chemistry in 1976. She went on to study medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, graduating in 1980. In 1983, Dr. Fangman completed her residency in pediatrics at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. After her residency, Dr. Fangman joined Columbus Pediatrics, where she worked for most of her career. She currently works part-time for MD Live and part-time at Centerstone Health Services. She has worked at the Marr Road facility in Columbus for 30+ years. Her focus is on helping the children in her care heal and thrive, which often involves the whole family. Dr. Watts provides child and adolescent psychiatry services and medication management for Centerstone Health Services, specializing in treating OCD and ADHD. She is also the Chief Medical Officer for Centerstone Health Services. She has worked at the Marr Road facility in Columbus for 30+ years. Her father was a psychiatrist, and her grandfather was a psychologist, so going into psychiatry seemed like the natural thing to do. However, it wasn't until after medical school, during her residency, that she decided to specialize in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She chose to work with kids because that's where she felt she could have the most positive impact and help prevent adult mental illness down the road. Watts attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate studies and medical school. She also completed her residency and a fellowship at the school. She earned a BS in Biology in 1981 and graduated from medical school in 1985. In addition, Dr. Watts completed her residency in Adult Psychiatry in 1988 and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 1989, holding board certifications in both areas of expertise.

She has worked for Centerstone Indiana since 1986, performing in a variety of clinical, administrative, and executive leadership positions before stepping into her current role as CEO at Centerstone Health Services. With over three decades of experience, Jenny Harrison has developed a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare industry patients. Jenny feels deeply honored to have personally served countless individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues over the years. Her approach to leadership is focused on building a strong and cohesive team, empowering staff to deliver the highest quality care, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. As a family practice provider, JoAnna cares for patients of all ages, treating both acute and chronic issues.
