Joga Chahal has been a litigator since 2002. Previously, he was a partner in a downtown Toronto firm practising trial and appellate advocacy. Joga has repeatedly appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Appellate courts: Divisional Court of Ontario and Ontario Court of Appeal.
