Brittany Raymond currently serves as the Collective Financial Group Virtual Admin, and also is cross trained with the Securities Support Division Processing Team. Prior to joining in 2019, Brittany worked with an independent agency in North Platte, Nebraska for four years, and sold life insurance and annuities. Her career background consists of working for diverse companies in various sales and marketing roles. She has experience in human resources and contractor management, safety, and insurance within the construction industry. Brittany has lived all across the United States from larger metropolitan areas like Dallas, Phoenix, Chicago, Miami as well as rural areas in the Midwest. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 2012 and later earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Fitchburg State University in 2018. Her husband, Nate, is a grain merchandiser for Cargill, and they have two beautiful children, Natalie and Emmett. She currently resides in Amarillo, Texas near family and enjoys traveling, hiking, and tennis in her spare time.

Previously, he spent time in the field, managerial, and corporate landscape that has broadened his experience and mindset to help CFG continue to create a robust platform for Financial Professionals. Chris is a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). Dave Menard is the co-owner of CORE Financial with his wife, Alexia, based in Fort Collins, CO. Since 1988, he has worked in the financial management field, helping successful executives, business owners and affluent individuals with wealth management. Dave graduated from Western State in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in Business. Since beginning his career Dave has passed series licenses 7, 63, 66, his Life and Health licenses, as well as a license for Long Term Care. Dave is a lifetime member (10 years+) of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and qualified for the Court of the Table, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients. Jeff is a Partner with Collective Financial Group and President of Advanced Financial Consultants whose main office is in Rochester, MN. Jeff has been in the financial services business since 1986. Jeff has attained both his CLU and ChFC designations as well as completed several industry and company sponsored, comprehensive estate and financial planning schools. In addition to continued education, Jeff believes strongly in being involved in the local, state, and national financial industry. Jeff is a past President of Rochester NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and the past President of the Rochester Estate Planning Council. Jeff also served on the state NAIFA Board of Minnesota. Jeff has received the Community Service Award from Transamerica Financial Advisors and Life Investor Fortunaire Foundation. Currently Jeff serves on the Fortunaire Foundation Board and has sat on the higher education scholarship committee. Throughout his career, Lance has focused on building relationships with his customers and servicing their insurance and investment needs. In January 2014 Carlson purchased and merged the Randy Carlson & Associates and Barry Carlson & Associates agencies, forming Carlson Financial Group, Inc. Carlson is a 28 year member of NAIFA, the professional association of the industry, and has been very involved at both the local and state level serving as the local president twice. He is also a member of GAMA and is a Court of the Table member of MDRT. Lance has continued his education earning his LUTCF designation and has taken advanced classes from the American College. Tim is a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and a 25-year MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) member and specializes in family and small business markets with an emphasis on insurance-based solutions. Tim oversees the CFG Insurance Division, Representative Support Division, Compensation Division, Succession Planning Division and Recruiting/Onboarding Division and is the primary contact for the Business Partner's sales and marketing relationships.
