Alex Wojcik

Alex Wojcik is a Claims Adjuster and the newest member of the BBCG team, having joined in 2016. Alex is based out of BBCG's Toronto office, where he specializes in handling both Surety and Fidelity bonds. Alex holds a B.A. from Western University and is currently completing the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) program within the Insurance Institute of Canada. Alex has and continues to gain valuable experience whilst working under the tutelage of BBCG's senior adjusters.

Anita Paulic

Anita Paulic is Director of Operations & Catastrophe Response and oversees ClaimsPro's CAT and SMART Field Inspection services across Canada. An accomplished professional with more than 20 years' experience in the insurance industry, Anita joined ClaimsPro in 2011, and most recently held the position of Director of Operations, Western Canada. Anita specializes in operations and process management and has overseen and directed ClaimsPro's response to CAT events across Canada since joining the organization. In addition to leading ClaimsPro's CAT Response Team nationwide, Anita also oversees and manages ClaimsPro's SMART Field Inspections services as well as the Valuate team of professional property estimators. She has her Chartered Insurance Professional designation and holds a Diploma of Technology in Management Systems from British Columbia Institute of Technology. Anita is based in ClaimsPro's Vancouver office.

Christopher Tirrell

Christopher Tirrell is the Vice President, Quebec and is engaged in leading the team responsible for delivering high quality claims services for the province. Christopher joined SCM Insurance Services in 2010, pioneering the Quebec market as an Account Executive for International Programs Group, then transitioning to Claimspro/Indemnipro where he developed national accounts as Business Development Manager, Eastern Canada and later focused on operations as Branch Manager for Montreal. Christopher Tirrell has been in the insurance industry since 1995 when he moved to Quebec from the US as a founder of the Montreal operations of a multi-national car rental company. He spent several years in Toronto as claims manager for Canada prior to returning to Quebec and joining SCM. Based in Montréal, Christopher is a fluently bilingual strategic thinker with a high capacity for analysis and problem solving and a track record of achieving results. He is a licensed commercial claims adjuster and holds designations from the American Insurance Institute, the Insurance Institute of Canada, and the Canadian Professional Sales Association, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) from Boston University.

Dustin Volk

In his role as Senior Vice President, Dustin oversees branch operations across North America for ClaimsPro, as well as, Pario Forensic Accounting. Prior to this role he served as Senior Vice President of SCM in the United States, responsible for all aspects of the SCM group of companies American operations. Dustin has been with SCM Insurance Services for 15 years, holding a number of executive and senior leadership positions, including successfully leading the company's multi-year Transformation Program designed to strategically position SCM to deliver its long-term vision and objectives. His 20+ year career spans multiple disciplines with a focus on operations, finance, and information technology.

Ed Chassé

Ed Chassé is a Senior Surety and Fidelity Bond Claims Adjuster operating in BBCG's Toronto office. He is a graduate of Carleton University with a B.A. in Economics and Law and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada. As a founding partner of BBCG, Ed has over 40 years of claims adjusting experience, managing surety and fidelity claims for a variety of insurers as an independent adjuster. His earlier experience includes several years with major insurers, adjusting and supervising surety and fidelity claims throughout Canada and the United States. Ed is a frequent speaker to industry and professional groups on the subject of construction surety bonds.

Felicia Galata

Felicia is an accomplished insurance professional with over 30 years' experience. She joined ClaimsPro in 2010, and in her current role as Vice President, National Business Development, Felicia is responsible for developing and enhancing client partnerships with national and regional insurers, brokerages, and risk leaders at national corporations. Felicia began her insurance career as an independent Adjuster before moving into Business Development roles. She has an extensive background in claims adjusting, client services, TPA account management and business development. She specializes in client relationship development, account management, and claims management solutions. Based out of ClaimsPro's Mississauga office, Felicia holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, (CIP) and a Canadian Sales Professional designation with honors, (CSP). She is a member of numerous societies and institutes.

James Kozak

James has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years, commencing his career as an Adjuster with a major national insurer, and transitioned to SCM Insurance Services where he first worked with Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation, and then ClaimsPro in various business development roles. He most recently served as Director, Commercial Services for a major insurance services group. Well-known throughout Western Canada, James has a proven track record of building relationships and delivering results. In his current role as VP, Business Development for Western Canada, James continues to build, retain, and enhance strong client relationships throughout British Columbia. He also supports other client focused initiatives in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Mr. Kozak holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, as well as his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, Canadian Risk Management (CRM) certification, and is a Certified Sales Professional (with distinction). He is scheduled to complete the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) program in Spring 2023. Mr. Kozak is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada, Canadian Independent Adjusters Association, Risk and Insurance Management Society and the Canadian Professional Sales Association. He will be based out of ClaimsPro's Vancouver branch location.

James O'Connor

James O'Connor is an Adjuster based in BBCG's Vancouver office. He specializes in surety bond claims, builders' risk and course of construction, fidelity bond claims, E&O and D&O claims, financial analysis, forensic accounting and auditing, and trade credit insurance claims.

Jean Lalumière

Jean has been in the insurance industry for 28 years and with ClaimsPro for the last six as a Claims Adjuster, Team Leader, Manager, and eventually in his current role as Vice President, Business Development. A creative and open-minded professional, Jean works with partners in related industries including restoration, contractors, engineers, and lawyers to increase business throughout the Quebec region. Fluently bilingual, Jean is based in ClaimsPro's Montreal branch. He holds Chartered Insurance Professional/Professionnel d'assurance agréé, Bachelor of Science, and Certified Sales Professional designations.

Jeff Traves

Jeff Traves is a Claims Adjuster based out of BBCG's Toronto office, having joined the team in March of 2013. Jeff specializes in handling Crime, Fidelity, and Contract Surety claims. Jeff holds a B.A. from York University and is currently completing the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) program within the Insurance Institute of Canada. He attends various conferences held by industry associations in Canada as well as the American Bar Association.

John Saragosa

John Saragosa has been with ClaimsPro for over ten years and has been in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. In his role as Vice President, Claims Administration, John manages the national claims creation and 24/7 customer care call centre programs, the national overflow adjustment program, and broker claims reporting initiatives. He currently manages a staff of 60 employees. Prior to joining ClaimsPro, John worked with a major national insurance company as a Telephone Adjuster, Field Adjuster, Claims Examiner, Claims Supervisor, and finally Claims Manager. It was those roles combined with his work at ClaimsPro that give him extensive expertise in Auto, Property, and CGL claims along with claims handling workflow and process initiatives. He is the Past President of the Canadian Claims Managers' Association, a Member of the Insurance Institute of Canada, a Member of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association, and he has been featured in the industry magazines Without Prejudice and Claims Canada. He holds a Business Administration Diploma from Humber College, and earned his Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Julio Paradiso

Julio Paradiso is a Claims Adjuster based in BBCG's Laval office. He holds a B.A. from Concordia University in Public Affairs and German, as well as a B.Sc. from the Université du Québec à Montréal in Actuarial Mathematics and Software Development. Julio joined BBCG in 2018 and he specializes in Trade Credit, Director & Officer Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, and Commercial General Liability while focussing mainly on Surety and Fidelity Bond claims. Julio is fluent in both English and French and his sound working knowledge of Spanish and German has assisted BBCG in the adjusting of several international claims.

Lewis Moorman

Lewis is an Executive General Adjuster with over 12 years' experience in claims adjusting, management, and senior level operations. His proven track record of handling specialized losses and leading large teams helps ClaimsPro strengthen its presence and support clients in Western Canada. Lewis oversees and directs operations for all of Western Canada, with additional focus on growth by identifying new business opportunities, serving and delivering solutions to clients as their needs grow and change. In his continued capacity as Vice President for SRD Western Canada, Lewis also nurtures growth within the specialty risk team and supports clients operating in these markets. Based in ClaimsPro's Edmonton office, Lewis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot Watt University and his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Luc-André Girard

Fully bilingual in English and French, Luc-André brings over twenty-five years' experience in claims adjusting. He is an expert in investigating and resolving complex claims and providing litigation support. He also has superior skills in a variety of interview techniques and fraud detection. An accredited ChAD trainer, Luc-André is frequently called upon to contribute to industry conferences and seminars throughout North America. Luc-André is a graduate of actuarial science from Université de Montréal, a licensed adjuster (Québec, Ontario and New Brunswick), and a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP). He also holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation and is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI).

Michael Buzzeo

Michael is an Executive General Adjuster, based out of the Calgary office, with a wide portfolio of complex losses throughout Canada. He focuses on the continued development and technical services on behalf of various clients within Western Canada, many of which also conduct their work internationally. His portfolio of work in Canada often includes handling multi-million dollar claims within various sectors; his experience also extends into United States. He is engaged by various clients on a wide array of major complex losses that extend into the Construction, Energy and Mining sectors, to include the lead adjuster on two of Canada's largest natural disasters which resulted in claims in excess of $75 million for the market of insurers. He is a graduate of the Grant MacEwan Business Program (majoring in Insurance and Risk Management) and obtained the FIFAA, FCIP, and FRM designations.

Michael Connolly

Prior to joining ClaimsPro, he worked as a Senior Claims Examiner for a National Insurance Company, and previously as a Branch Manager and Senior Loss Adjuster for a Regional Adjusting Company. As Vice President, Atlantic Canada, and TEC Lead, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland Michael, provides leadership and direction for all aspects of the Atlantic region. Leading an experienced management team, Michael plays an integral role in contributing to the success of ClaimsPro while continuing to foster strong partnerships. Michael holds Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) designations and has training in Comprehensive Construction Risk Management.

Michael Martow

Michael is a well-known property insurer with vast experience in the handling of large commercial and industrial property losses. He is a graduate chemical engineer, providing him with a unique skill set and base of knowledge. Starting in the insurance industry in 1986, Michael joined ClaimsPro's Specialty Risk Division in 2004. Michael has worked on large files around the world, holding licenses in most provinces and territories. He has extensive course of construction experience, including claims involving the refurbishment of a nuclear reactor exceeding $500M. Michael is a member of the Chambre de l'Assurance de Dommages du Québec and a member of the Order of Engineers. He is currently based out of our Montreal office.

Michel Prud'homme

Based in BBCG's Montreal office, Michel began his career in 1990 working for various insurers and specializing in the handling of surety bond claims, crime, E&O, D&O, and trade credit claims. Michel joined BBCG in 2001, bringing forth his expertise and knowledge to support clients in handling simple claims to multimillion-dollar losses. These claims often involve complex issues of legal and contractual liability as well as subrogation and recovery. Bilingual in English and French, Michel has the experience and expertise necessary to bring claims to a swift and successful conclusion. Michel graduated in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (BBA) and is a Certified Independent Adjuster in Quebec and New Brunswick. Being certified as an instructor by the Chambre de l'assurance de dommages du Québec, Michel is frequently asked to speak on surety bond claims to clients, including organizations such as the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Surety Association of Canada and École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Monica Simone

Monica is an accomplished insurance professional with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise in cultivating robust client relationships with stakeholders, coupled with her extensive background in claims analytics, has given her a unique understanding of the Risk and Insurance industries. Before joining ClaimsPro, Monica served as Senior Claims Analyst and Risk & Claims Administrator for international real estate companies. In addition to supporting claims investigations and risk management, she also partnered closely with ClaimsPro IT to ensure the seamless launch of their OpticRisk platform. In 2023, she joined ClaimsPro as Director of Business Development, helping to foster and manage client relationships while supporting the procurement of new business using ClaimsPro's broad range of claims adjusting services. Monica is based out of ClaimsPro's Toronto office. She received a Professional Learning Certificate in Records Management Fundamentals from the University of Toronto and is currently working towards a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Nancy D'Amour

Nancy is a dedicated and highly motivated professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in sales and marketing before joining a national auto company. For 17 years, Nancy developed her skills in progressive roles including Operational Support, Training Director, and Business Development. With this experience, she later accepted a position as Regional Business Development Director for a national restoration firm based in Quebec. In 2020, Nancy was appointed as Director of Business Development for LVV Adjusters, which was acquired by ClaimsPro in 2023. She has delivered proven results and consistent growth through her wealth of knowledge and expertise, her keen sense of customer service, and her excellent reputation in the industry. She is also a change management expert, leading numerous workshops since 2002 and training more than 1000 attendees. Nancy received a certificate in Public Relations from the University of Montreal and is based out of ClaimsPro's Montreal office.

Paul Gilbody

Paul Gilbody serves as President of ClaimsPro, North America and is responsible for leading the company's operations, strategic direction, and supporting clients with valuable solutions. Paul joined ClaimsPro in April 2023, bringing with him a demonstrated history of leadership, operational transformation, and business relationship management. He is an experienced leader with a proven track record in developing high performing teams, leveraging technology and internal subject matter experts to deliver industry-leading services. His prior work has included senior and executive roles with large corporations within the financial services industry in Canada and the UK, overseeing business development and strategy, program, and service delivery in personal, commercial, and specialty claims divisions. As President, Paul oversees all operational activities for ClaimsPro throughout the continent, including leading and supporting national and regional executives. He also regularly attends industry events and participates in industry associations to expand his knowledge in ways that can deliver unique solutions to our clients and the industry.

Samantha Sampson

Sean Forgie

Sean is a highly-regarded insurance professional with over 30 years industry experience. As Senior Vice President of ClaimsPro's Specialty Risk Division, Sean manages Canada's largest of team of specialty loss adjusters, including the Complex, Commercial Industrial (CCI), Transportation Equipment & Cargo (TEC), Marine and BBCG (financial lines) units. He has extensive expertise in the field of commercial claims, including specializations in Environmental Impairment and Pollution Liability, Professional Indemnity, Wrap-Up Liability, Commercial General Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Subrogation, and Litigation Management. Mr. Forgie is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI), National Director of the Canadian Independent Adjusters' Association (CIAA), past chair of the CIP Sub-Committee, and member of the Academic Council for the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC).

Sonia Ryme - VP

Sonia is ClaimsPro's Vice President, Quebec and Director, Quebec for ClaimsPro's Transportation, Equipment & Cargo (TEC) division. She was previously an Assistant Manager and Operational Manager for TEC. She is based in our Montreal Branch and handles claims throughout the country. Prior to her current appointment with ClaimsPro, Sonia handled TEC claims as an Assistant Manager Cargo and Road Adjuster for major national insurance services providers. In these positions, she was in charge of training, coaching, and auditing. She served as Special Risks Coordinator in charge of her department's daily activities and file assignment. As a Road Adjuster, she investigated Cargo claims and Bodily Injury inquiries of all kinds. Prior to those appointments, Sonia worked as a Claims Examiner for claims in Canada and the US for a major international insurance company, where she eventually became Assistant Manager within the Claims Department. She has also been a Claims Examiner, Claims Adjuster, and Supervisor for various insurance companies. She has completed several courses towards her Chartered Insurance Professional designation, attended College Andre-Laurendeau for Law & Accounting, College de secretariat modern for Word Processing, and Institut Rachel Lapierre for a Personality Course. She is bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).

Trevor Grzybowski

A Senior Adjuster in BBCG's Toronto office, Trevor Grzybowski's career in handling Financial and Specialty Lines claims spans almost 20 years, with the last 12 years being at BBCG. Prior to joining BBCG, Trevor gained extensive experience as a Financial Lines Examiner for various commercial insurers. Trevor specializes in the investigation and management of complex Fidelity, Surety, and Cyber claims. He also assists various clients with Director & Officer, Employment Practice, and Professional Liability claims. Trevor holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto in Political Science and Economics. In addition to being a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), Trevor also holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. He is a member of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association and the Canadian Independent Adjusters' Association. Bringing his client-centric approach to claims investigation, Trevor is frequently called upon to contribute to various industry conferences and seminars in Canada on the topics of Crime/Fidelity and Surety. He is also a contributor to the Insurance Institute of Canada's texts on the topic of Crime Insurance.

Wendy Lebskin

Wendy Lebskin is a Senior Vice President, National Accounts Unit at ClaimsPro and is based in the Markham National Accounts Management office. Wendy Lebskin has with ClaimsPro since 1996. She has previous experience as a Claims Manager for a Canadian national insurer for five years and as an all lines independent adjuster for seven years. Wendy Lebskin is a graduate of York University and holds a CIP designation.

Wendy Scott

Wendy has been in the insurance industry for 28 years, and with SCM Insurance Services for 13 years. Her role as the Senior Vice President of National Business Development, Corporate Solutions, is the growth of broker business and risk management relationships on a national scale. Wendy' insurance background was founded in marketing and sales for a national property and casualty insurer. Upon joining ClaimsPro in 2004 as an Account Executive, Wendy was responsible for managing national "program" accounts. Today, Wendy maintains strong relationships with clients and a focused interest in network development, new business generation and enhancing organic growth opportunities within the risk management and broker communities. Wendy is an expert at strategic consultation and creation of customized claim and risk management solutions for Insurance and Risk Managers across Canada and the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Certified Sales Professional Designation.
