It is important to provide you an evidence-based treatment approach to therapy so we can know that we are helping you in the best way we can. We want to make sure that our work leads to changes and using CBT allows us to feel confident in this. This will make for better progress and change!... At Collaborative CBT, we want to know what is working for you and what you want to see change in treatment. We keep communication open for feedback so you can share with your therapist what you find helpful. This is a key component of CBT therapy and it is what makes our approach unique.
