Jo-Anne LaBuda started her real estate career in 1988 after being relocated with her husband on multiple occasions early on in their marriage. She wanted to help guide people on one of the most important investments of their life in a personal & stress-free way. She looked to successful area Realtors in the Worthington community and began to build her business through their mentorship. After several years as a successful single agent, Jo-Anne realized she could spend more of her time on her clients if she had a support staff to handle her transactional and marketing needs. She created the LaBuda Team with a Marketing Manager, Transaction Manager & Buyer's agent and her business never stopped growing after that. In 2002, Jo-Anne, her husband Mark & 5 other investor agents opened the first Keller Williams office in Ohio. Keller Williams Capital Partners is now one of the largest brokerages in Central Ohio. Despite her ever-growing business, Jo-Anne has never forgotten her original vision. She continues to put her clients first and prides herself on guiding them through the real estate sale & purchase process giving them straight talk & sound advice in the hopes of improving their lives.
