Alec Bracken is an Immigration Attorney with Dunham & Jones. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Communications. Alec then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law where he graduated with highest honors. While in law school, Mr. Bracken founded and served as the president and vice president of immLAW, was a Tulsa Law Review editor, was a clinical student at the immigrant rights project, and a student representative at the Tulsa Immigrant Resource Network. In law school, Mr. Bracken assisted immigrants apply for U-Visas, asylum, work authorization, VAWA, SIJ visas, and other forms of relief. In the summer of 2018, Mr. Bracken was a summer fellow at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic where he represented clients as a student representative before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. After graduating law school, Mr. Bracken worked for three years for the Executive Office for Immigration Review as an Attorney Advisor for the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge at the Fort Worth Immigration Adjudication Center.
Mr. Bracken firmly believes that the immigration process should be fair for all and fights to ensure that his clients are adequately and fairly represented in all their immigration matters. In his free time, Mr. Bracken enjoys traveling, reading, woodworking, going to the theater, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Alec Comerford graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Finance. Mr. Comerford received his law degree from William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas.
His passion for criminal defense began when he clerked at the Pulaski County Public Defender's Office. During law school, Alec zealously advocated for juveniles in detention hearings and adults in bond hearings. After graduating from law school, Alec was a judicial law clerk at the Arkansas Court of Appeals, where he researched the law and wrote proposed memorandums.
Alec joined Dunham & Jones to protect the rights of those being prosecuted. He is a member of the Texas and Arkansas Bar Associations. Outside of work, Alec enjoys weightlifting, reading, and Texas barbecue.

Alex Joyner was born in Dallas and currently resides in San Marcos, allowing him to practice law in Hays County and the Austin Metroplex. Mr. Joyner has an extensive range of experience that makes him an asset to clients. Mr. Joyner grew up at a religious institute that developed curriculum to be utilized world-wide. As a result, he became familiar with and helped facilitate training for many diverse cultures. Mr. Joyner then completed his Bachelor's degree in 2007 at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where he then began to work for an international automotive corporation. As part of this work, Mr. Joyner developed a sales training program for the region and still maintains several sales records. Soon after, Mr. Joyner began coaching high school debate and was sought after to help coach students nationally. Mr. Joyner then received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2019. During law school, Mr. Joyner participated in mock trial competitions, worked for several prominent trial attorneys in St. Louis, and successfully worked on appellate briefs. After becoming licensed in Texas, Mr. Joyner accepted a job with the renowned criminal defense firm Dunham & Jones. Mr. Joyner's unique life experiences give him a special insight and ability to connect with people, which he applies during jury selection and in presenting evidence during trial, thereby offering the best possible defense for his clients.
During his personal time, Alex Joyner plays soccer and enjoys fishing. He also spends time with Stormy, his Shetland Sheepdog, and assists low-income students in high school debate.

This position gave him a first-hand look at family violence and charges involving crimes against children. After gaining his license to practice in Texas, he used this experience to pursue his goal of defending those in need.
Following graduation, he served under Collin County Probate Judge Weldon Copeland for a short time before devoting himself to his own practice, the Law Office of Allen M. Myers. He currently has joined with the skilled criminal defense attorneys at Dunham & Jones to provide the highest quality of legal service for those charged misdemeanors and felonies.

Amanda White is a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Amanda participated in the Innocence Project Clinic and interned at criminal defense firms in both New York City and Fort Worth, gaining extensive experience in both state and federal court. Prior to law school, Amanda worked for several years as the Director of Operations for an Atlanta-based sports agency representing professional athletes. In this role, Amanda managed all public relations, marketing, philanthropy and recruiting efforts for over twenty NFL athletes. Amanda has served as a board member for the Mike Evans Family Foundation.
Outside of her work as a criminal defense attorney, Amanda enjoys traveling, hunting and fishing with her father, and visiting family in her home state of Kansas.

Amy Browning is a native of Fort Worth and proud to call Panther City her home. Andrew J. Dammann graduated from The University of North Texas with a B.A. in Philosophy. Mr. Damman graduated third in his class from Texas A&M School of Law.
Upon graduation he received the Equal Justice Award for the most pro bono hours with 301 hours of pro bono work at the Fort Worth Public Defenders Office. Mr. Dammann was on the Texas A&M Law Review and his article Categorical and vague Claims that Criminal Activity is Afoot was published in the second volume of the Texas A&M Law Review. Mr. Dammann also co-authored the paper Money Laundering: Running to It; From It; and Around It presented at the 2014 National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association conference.
Mr. Dammann focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense.

Andrew Spoon graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science focused on public policy development, then graduated from the top-ranked trial advocacy program at Baylor Law School with a concentration in criminal law and practice and trial advocacy.
During his time with Baylor, he head-started a program to raise awareness for mental health advocacy among graduate students, eventually working with the student affairs department to introduce new policy giving all law students access to counseling and health programs they had not previously had. He also accrued hundreds of hours of volunteer time with local ministries as a musician, and as an aide with the Central Texas Humane Society.
Mr. Spoon spends his free time studying the history of Ancient Egypt and restoring vintage memorabilia.

Austin Tomlinson graduated from South Dakota State University, with a Double Bachelor's in History and Political Science. Austin then carried on his family's military tradition by joining the United States Army. He served four honorable years as a Cavalry Scout, (19-D), with the 1st Infantry Division in Fort Riley, Kansas.
Following his enlistment, Austin earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University, College of Law. During law school, Austin served as Class President and the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Yearning to serve fellow veterans, Austin worked in the Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic his final year of school where he helped heroes receive discharge upgrades, disability benefits, as well as representing them for minor criminal charges. He graduated with a Pro Bono Distinction.
In law school, Austin competed in many national mock trial tournaments with the Lugar Trial Association. He even won the WVU In-House Trial Competition as a solo competitor, which had never been done in its previous 45-year history.
After law school, Austin moved to Nashville and worked at an insurance defense firm before transitioning to criminal justice. His previous criminal work includes interning with the Prosecutor's Office in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he successfully prosecuted dozens of cases.

Barrett grew up in League City Texas. She first attended college at Texas A&M University in College Station Texas and is a part of the fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2020, Whoop! After earning her undergraduate degree, Barrett attended law school at South Texas College of Law Houston. Before coming to work for Dunham & Jones, Barrett worked as a legal assistant in Bryan, Texas for a criminal defense firm. She also worked for a variety of different law firms during her time in law school. When not working, Barrett enjoys working out and lifting weights. During her legal career, Ms. Jones has been an Assistant County Attorney in Johnson County, Texas. She was also an Assistant District Attorney in Johnson County and Somervell County, Texas. She has handled cases in both state and federal courts and was noticed as a Texas Super Lawyers, Texas Rising Star.

Brett Hiser graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Criminology. Mr. Hiser later graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas where he first began defending clients in the Criminal Defense Clinic.
Following law school, Mr. Hiser became an Assistant District Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in the Tampa Bay Area where he prosecuted thousands of criminal cases that came across his desk.

Brett grew up in Alvin, Texas. He first attended college at Corcordia University in Austin on a scholarship to play baseball before transferring to Texas A&M - College Station where he earned a degree in Sport Management.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Brett attended law school at South Texas College of Law Houston. While at STCL, Brett was a member of the school's esteemed Trial Advocacy program, representing STCL in numerous national mock trial and moot court tournaments across the country.
Before coming to work for Dunham & Jones, Brett worked for five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston County. During his time in Galveston County, Brett tried over 50 misdemeanor and felony cases with a success rate of 83%. His trial experience in the courtroom extends from misdemeanor DWI cases to capital murder cases.
When not working, Brett is a Crossfit and Olympic lifting coach. He enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs.

Caleb Weeldreyer grew up just outside of Emery, South Dakota on his family's farm. They raised corn, soybeans, and had a cow-calf operation with 200 head of Black Angus cattle. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls. He went on to graduate from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law with his JD in 2021. Caleb became licensed in Nebraska in 2022 and received his Texas license in 2023. As a new Texas resident, Caleb is looking forward to the opportunity to serve the Midland area.

Carlton Alexander graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Political Science and English. Casey grew up in San Antonio, Texas where she graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Casey then received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law. During law school, Casey served as a Senior Associate Editor for Volume 51 of the St. Mary's Law Journal and Vice-Chair for the Board of Advocates. Casey began her legal career practicing civil law, primarily focusing on probate matters, contract disputes, and employment law.
While she gained invaluable experience practicing civil law, Casey switched to criminal defense because she believes she can make a bigger difference in people's lives. She advocates for her clients to ensure their rights are protected and that justice is served.

Chris Parks was grew up in Houston, Texas where he graduated from St. Thomas High School. After high school, Chris graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Political Science. Chris then attended and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, School of Law with honors and in the top 10% of his class. During his last year in law school, Chris chose to intern with the Travis County District Attorney's Office (TCDAO) in the 167th District Court. While at the TCDAO, Chris assisted with a wide range of cases including capital murder/murder trials as well as with research search and seizure issues.
After becoming licensed by the State Bar of Texas, Chris served as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) with the Harris County District Attorney's Office (HCDAO). While an ADA, Chris prosecuted a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony cases in County Criminal Courts and District Courts, from the intake/grand jury stage all the way through to trial. Chris left the HCDAO as a felony prosecutor and went into private practice as criminal defense attorney to represent individuals charged wide range of misdemeanors and felonies.
Chris then went back to prosecution and joined the Williamson County Attorney's Office (WCAO) as an Assistant County Attorney (ACA) and a court lead prosecutor in the Williamson County Courts at Law. While with the WCAO, Chris was in charge of managing other prosecutors, coordinating multiple county court dockets, handling cases in Williamson County Justice of the Peace courts, and the prosecution of misdemeanor cases from intake through trial. Chris also assisted upper management with specific issues relating to Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) and election laws. At the WCAO, Chris provided law enforcement officers guidance on arrest decisions and on the sufficiency of probable cause; Chris also reviewed cases for felony referrals to the Williamson County District Attorney's Office (WCDAO). Chris Jeansonne graduated with honors from The University of Texas - Austin with a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Jeansonne graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. During his second year of law school, Mr. Jeansonne wrote an article outlining Texas DWI law and the constitutionality of Deferred Adjudication/Deferred Prosecution programs for DWI across the State.
Mr. Jeansonne is also licensed in Federal Court in the Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Jeansonne currently works exclusively on criminal cases for the firm.

Chris Wilkes is an Immigration Attorney with Dunham & Jones. Chris was born and raised in Irving, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Political Science and a certificate in International Peace Studies. During his time at UNT, he interned with the Department of Education's Hispanic-serving Institution grant program.
Chris then attended Texas A&M University School of Law on an academic scholarship. While in law school, he volunteered with the Catholic Charities immigration clinic assisting clients with naturalization forms. Mr. Wilkes also completed an externship with the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office.
After graduating law school, Mr. Wilkes was a corporate attorney for a large law firm before transitioning to immigration law. Chris volunteers for the Catholic Charities by providing refugees with English tutoring services. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and a Fellow for the Napa Legal Institute, a think-tank that assists non-profits with their legal needs. Chris's law practice focuses primarily on humanitarian and family-based immigration. Many of his closest friends are immigrants or first-generation Americans and he is passionate about helping clients seek happy lives in the United States.

Clayton Littlefield graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, earning a Bachelor of Arts, International Studies focused on international trade and business. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. During law school he was a member of the Criminal Law Association and served as its Vice President. He was active as a law clerk for criminal defense attorneys in the San Antonio community for the entirety of his law school career. Cody Gomora is a distinguished member of the Fort Worth Division of Dunham & Jones, having joined the team in January of 2023. Cole Nettles was born and raised in Central Texas and currently lives in San Antonio. He graduated from the University of Texas - San Antonio with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He then graduated from Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.
Mr. Nettles has always had a passion for Criminal Defense work. Lonnie Maze III has been representing citizens accused of crimes for over 20 years. Lonnie was born and raised in Antioch, Tennessee and remembers when Nashville was just a small Southern city known for mostly Opryland and country music. He graduated from the University of the South (Sewanee) and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law in Knoxville.
