Andy is a qualified bricklayer by trade and can also carry out every trade associated with development from setting out and driving the machines to plastering and plumbing. His 30+ years of construction experience has seen him build in excess of 200+ houses and worked on larger commercial schemes such as supermarkets, industrial units, schools and retail parks. He is SMSTS qualified ensuring the sites are run correctly and safely. Lewis was working in an electrical apprenticeship but soon realised that employment wasn't for him and left to join the family business as he saw the benefits of being a developer and enjoys the variety of work. Lewis is multi skilled and can carry out most trades on site, he particularly enjoys the groundworks and landscaping work. Lewis is SMSTS qualified which is extremely young to hold that qualification, he is strict on keeping our sites tidy and safe for the trades to work safely in.
Luke is a qualified plumber and also multi skilled in most trades. At just 18 years old he is very skilled at what he does and works as good as someone with 14+ years of experience, but then Luke did work at weekends and school holidays from just 4 years old. Luke is SMSTS qualified which is extremely young but demonstrates his maturity. Luke also holds an all-terrain Telehandler licence meaning the materials get moved around on site safely.
Andy's wife deals with the day to day running of the business and manages the new build interiors, the sale of the properties and bringing in subcontractors and sourcing materials. You will often see Sam on site mucking in with the hard work whilst bringing everyone much welcomed food and drink. Even though we are always busy with a pipeline of developments, Sam is always on the lookout for new opportunities and is a great networker.
