Aaron is a project architect for DILLE POLLARD Architecture. He joined the company in 2008 bringing with him a background that includes design, construction documentation, construction administration, and city planning dating back to 1998. His work experience includes educational, commercial, industrial, office, correctional, community, and renovation projects.
Allison McClure is the Office Manager for DILLE POLLARD ARCHITECTURE. In this role, she works directly with the owners and is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, as well as, assisting in project management. Allison brings her years of banking experience along with her knowledge of residential and commercial real estate and development to aid in her role and responsibilities. Her general office management skills, attentiveness to detail and drive to develop into roles within the firm allow for future growth and progress.
Allison is married and a mother to twin boys, Cash and Carter. She is a member of West Side Church, where she has served on the greeting team for many years. As a resident of Poplar Bluff for nearly her entire life, Allison has made life-long connections and friendships within her community.

Annie Criddle is a Project Manager and Business Development Coordinator with DILLE POLLARD Architecture. She is responsible for tracking project schedules and maintaining communication on all projects. Additionally, she fulfills designing and maintaining all multi-media marketing materials for DILLE POLLARD for the Cape Girardeau and Poplar Bluff offices. She joined the firm in 2015 to promote development in all market sectors throughout the Cape Girardeau and Poplar Bluff regions. She also plans and executes promotional events, handles marketing campaigns and advertising for the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Southeast Missouri State University.
Annie brings 25+ years of experience drawing from a diverse range of management. Her comprehensive background in managing and maintaining a variety schedules, resources and labor force based in a multitude of disciplines, provides the necessary skills to continue the successes of DILLE POLLARD. Having over 25 years of working and volunteering within the Cape Girardeau community, Annie has made life-long connections and friendships with many in the business community. She serves as a member of the board for Millersville Rural Fire Protection District, a member of the Home and School Association for Notre Dame Regional High School, as well as a member of the Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition for Downtown Cape Girardeau. She is a member of the Design Committee for Old Town Cape, Inc., Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce, Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce, Perryville Chamber of Commerce and Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
Brett Patrick Dille, AIA is a principal with DILLE POLLARD Architecture. In this role, he provides oversight and leadership working with many clients, consultants, contractors and professional staff in all aspects of the industry including marketing, programming, planning, design, cost estimating, construction documents, bidding and construction administration.
Having developed a solid background as a professional Architect since 1988, Brett has diverse experience with many building types including educational facilities, FEMA safe rooms, office buildings, financial institutions, commercial/retail, religious facilities and multi-family. He always strives to balance the program, design, budget and schedule for each individual project.
After graduating from one of the nation's leading Architecture schools, Kansas State University, Brett worked in Kansas City, Missouri for over 14 years. He is proud to have established the practice in his hometown of Poplar Bluff, Missouri since 2003. His formal education, professional experience and studies abroad in Western Europe have proven to be a valuable asset in producing quality projects.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and International Building Code Council (IBCC).
Brett truly believes in the "team approach" of building strong, trusting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and professional staff which is essential in developing successful projects which everyone involved can take pride in.
Brian, Stacy, and their daughter are native Southeast Missourians who have longstanding relationships in the area. Brian is an avid hockey fan and goalie who also enjoys reading, playing guitar and ukulele. He has volunteered as a coach for local youth sports including ice hockey, baseball, and football.

Chance Whitehead is a Project Manager for DILLE POLLARD ACHITECTURE. He previously served as the Operations and Financial Manager from 2009 to 2020. Graduating from Southeast Missouri State University, Chance spent eight years specializing in audits of construction firms and financial institutions before joining the team at DILLE POLLARD. His personal interest in real estate and development and leading several private development projects created a natural transition into Project Management for the firm. Chance has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and is a Certified Design Accountant and a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent.
Chance brings a broad and unique blend of both personal and professional experience to every project. Utilizing his auditing background, he believes that attention to detail and sound quality control practices are key to successful projects. His experience in real estate and development provides relatable insight to our clients from their side of the table, understanding the challenges of balancing needs, managing budgets, and proper time management. Chance brings over 19 years of experience as a financial and administrative professional with a working knowledge of accounting, auditing, and construction management standards but states that the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and project team members is most critical to project management success.
Chance is married with two grown daughters and three spoiled dogs. He serves on the Land Clearance for Re-Development Authority and the Residential Advisory Board for the City of Poplar Bluff, MO. He is also a member of IMA, The Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business, Construction Management Association of America and more than a few bands around his hometown of Poplar Bluff, MO.

Hudson holds an Associates of Drafting from Three Rivers College and a Master of Architecture degree from Drury University. Having graduated in May 2022, he was eager to begin his career with the firm immediately.
Previously holding an internship with DILLE POLLARD as well as at a successful drafting firm, he draws from these experiences to apply the skills he possesses in drafting, architectural design and 3D renderings. Now, as a Project Manager with DILLE POLLARD ARCHITECTURE, he is responsible for looking after a team aiding in all aspects of design as he gains the professional experience to equip him with the preparedness to pursue and achieve his architectural license
Hudson is a native of Poplar Bluff and was pleased to return to his hometown to begin his career in architecture. Aside from his technical talent, Hudson is a natural problem solver and critical thinker with a quiet personality. You might catch him outside the office at times masterminding a Rubik's cube or cross his path as an opponent in an intense video game.

Kristen Uhrhan is a Project Architect with DILLE POLLARD Architecture. In this role, Kristen is involved in all aspects of the architecture field with management of projects from start to finish, focusing on the development of construction documents.
Kristen is a Registered Architect in the State of Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors degree from Drury University in Springfield, MO. She also studied at Edinburgh College of Art in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and holds certificates for National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the Intern Development Program (IDP).Kristen brings with her over 25 years of experience working on projects at all stages of development, including new buildings, renovations, interiors, and master planning. She's developed a strong background in architectural design, construction documentation, construction administration and relations since 1997. Her work experience includes FEMA safe rooms, educational, municipal, healthcare, office, community, industrial, correctional, commercial and State of Missouri readiness centers and PACE architect for the southeast Missouri region.
Having over 25 years of experience working and volunteering in the Southeast Missouri area, Kristen has established many relationships in the business community. She has volunteered with the Boys' and Girls' Club during college, then served in various office positions with Jackson R-2 Schools PTO. Kristen volunteers her time fundraising and photographing the school's wrestling and football teams, as well as, promoting the teams via their online social media platforms. She currently serves on the Board of Appeals for the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Michael D. Pollard is a principal of DILLE POLLARD Architecture. In his role, he controls all aspects of DILLE POLLARD's projects, from initial design through closeout. Mike is especially adept at construction administration, with a long list of on-time, on-budget projects. His focus on providing exceptional client relations, cost effective design solutions, and managing budgets has been a mainstay in his career.
Mike has spent over 39 years honing his skills in project development, construction documentation and project management. Prior to joining DILLE POLLARD in 2014, as a principal-in-charge in a Kansas City firm, he lead multiple projects from initial client contact, programming, design, construction documents, bidding and contract negotiations, construction/contract administration and construction project management. Mike is active in his church, and provides consulting to many faith-based ministries.

Roger Greer is a Construction Administrator with DILLE POLLARD Architecture. Since 2009, he has served this position for the firm fulfilling all duties of construction documentation that includes preparation of written and drawn specifications for each project.
Having developed a solid background as an owner of a construction firm with over 40 years of industry experience, Roger brings forth an extensive level of practical construction knowledge and expertise. After taking a very brief retirement from the construction firm and to stay active in the industry, he joined the team at DILLE POLLARD, bringing with him his unique skills and aptitude to further their successes.
Shawn Huffman is an Architectural Associate with DILLE POLLARD Architecture and responsible for project coordination of all types. Shawn has a solid background in construction, architectural design and drafting, computer renderings and 3D animation. His experiences of owning a successful drafting firm have helped him understand the field of design and construction, which has lead him to begin pursuing his architecture degree and license.
Shawn possesses tremendous technical expertise and design skills. His experience and skill with complex graphics, animation and 3D virtual rendering provides innovative solutions to our projects. The team at DILLE POLLARD is proud to have Shawn and excited with what he is able to bring to the firm.
