Doug met his wife Sharel in 1975 and they were married in 1977. Together, in 1977, the couple established Doug Wilson Construction (DWC) in South Lake Tahoe, CA and Stateline, NV. After the last of their three children left for college Doug and Sharel bought some land 11 miles from Lake Tahoe in Gardnerville, NV where they continue to manage their company from today... Doug and Sharel pride themselves in customer satisfaction and believe that honesty and integrity are the pillars of success. The Wilson family has been an integral part of the Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley communities for over 50 years.
