Anne Marie McGuire - COO

Since joining the TemPositions Group of Companies in 2002 as Division Manager, Anne Marie McGuire has focused her attention on instituting strong quality control measures such as on-site training, as well as leading edge business tools to help handle the accounting end of functions more easily. Prior to working for us, she worked for Eden Hospitality which was joined with the Company in 2002. Before beginning her career in hospitality staffing, she managed Officer and Enlisted Clubs for the Navy's Morale, Welfare & Recreation Department both here and in Japan. She then moved to the management team of Restaurant Associates' West Coast Restaurant Division and Aramark's Corporate Dining division in New York. Overall she has more than two decades of experience in the industry. Anne Marie McGuire holds a BS in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

Doug brings over 20 years of staffing and business experience to the TemPositions Group of Companies, one of the nation's largest regional staffing firms, which he joined in 2018. Doug has taken responsibility for sales strategy, operations, HR and positive financial growth. His focus has been on refining the specialization of the firm, operational efficiency and finding new growth opportunities, while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, energy and results. Doug initially started his career in staffing as a direct hire recruiter in the legal specialty and has progressively grown in National and International staffing organizations such as Kforce and Ajilon in specialties such as Finance/Accounting, Office/Administrative, Logistics and Legal. Doug has held Senior Leadership positions such as SVP of large territories, Training, Talent Acquisition, Talent Advisory Services and Talent Management. He has been a Chief Talent Officer, as well as managing the overall Accounting & Finance portfolio at Kelly Services. Doug is well versed in temporary, direct hire and consulting. As a frequent guest in local and national media, Doug has been a live broadcast contributor to FOX news and various other outlets such as Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, NBC, Daytime, Crain's and various employment focused publications. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at numerous staffing and employment industry conferences and webinars. Doug earned his bachelor's degree from Montclair State University in New Jersey and his MBA from Saint Leo University in Florida. He also received his Certification in Global Leadership Development at IMD in Switzerland. He holds certifications as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) as well as Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP). He is an active member of SHRM and NYSA.

Elizabeth Truitt-Beam - Managing Director

Elizabeth Truitt-Beam ("Liz") joined TemPositions in San Francisco as General Manager in 1996 and has been instrumental in expanding our specialty niche offerings in her market. She has almost 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, beginning her career at Kelly Services as a staffing representative. She went on to the position of client services representative and then branch manager for Westaff.

George Vasiliou

George Vasiliou joined our company during the fall of 2013. Prior to this, he worked for over eight years at the NYC Department of Education, where most recently he was the Executive Director for the Division of Financial Operations, charged with the planning, management, accountability and reporting of all fiscal transactions of the DOE's $19 Billion annual expense budget. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the DOE. Starting out at the DOE, he worked in the Department of Human Resources and Talent where he rose to the level of Chief of Staff to the CEO after serving as Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, a Business Process Analyst on the development and implementation of the DOE's Human Resources Call Center, and Program Manager of the AmeriCorps Program for the DOE. He moved to NY from Florida where he worked to establish the five year strategic plan for 211 Tampa Bay Cares, Inc., a large human services information telephone center. While there, he also led all youth volunteerism and Service Learning Initiatives for Pinellas County, Florida. George received a BA in Political Philosophy and Russian Literature from Florida State University.

Jahaira De Castro - VP

Jahaira joined the Company in 1999 as a Recruiter for our Office Support division in our downtown office. When that office was consolidated to our midtown headquarters, she was soon promoted to Client Representative and tasked with helping grow a new fledgling division in 2003, School Professionals. Over the years, Jahaira was promoted successively to Supervisor of Client Services, Director of Operations and Managing Director, before being named Vice President in 2017. In her role, she oversees one of the company's largest divisions and provides guidance on internal processes, system improvements, and best practices. During her tenure with the company, Jahaira has been involved in all aspects of recruitment, screening, interviewing, evaluation, placement, and client servicing, and has gained tremendous experience and knowledge through her work with educational institutions Jahaira holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Old Westbury College.

Jose joined TemPositions in 2007 as a Site Manager for School Professionals' SES after-school tutoring division. In 2008, he was promoted to Director of Field Operations, where he was charged with the overseeing all of School Professionals' city-wide after-school tutoring programs. In 5 years with School Professionals SES division, Jose helped to grow the program from 4 schools and 400 students to 14 schools and over 2,000 students city-wide. In 2013, Jose was promoted to Client Services Supervisor for School Professionals' Educational Staffing division and then Director of Client Services in 2016. Today, he manages client services for over 250 private, independent and charter schools in the New York City area and is responsible for business development, diversifying School Professionals' client base, as well as the professional development of internal staff. Jose holds a B.A. in Childhood Education from the Buffalo State College.

Kristine Pierce

Kristine Pierce supervises operations and all aspects of servicing our clients' needs for the company's East Coast offices. She joined us in 1995 as a Staffing Consultant in our Melville office and was soon promoted to Branch Manager. After tripling the growth of that office, she was promoted to Director of Operations for our East Coast offices and most recently Vice President of Operations. Her experience has made her a leading expert in managing the recruitment, interviewing, screening, evaluation and placement process for our staffing professionals. Kristine earned her BS in Behavioral Science at York College.

Nadine Widener

Nadine joined The TemPositions Eden Hospitality in 2015 to oversee business development for the division. She has over 20 years' experience in business development and building strong client relationships. Prior to joining us, Nadine served as a Vice President with Segue Staffing before being promoted to President of their Hospitality Division; Managing Director at Epic Staffing; and filled several roles at Pyramid Personnel where she was one of four employees that helped launch the company, starting as a Sr. Account Executive successfully building their hospitality division before being promoted to Vice President Of Business Development. Her hands-on approach, dedication and perseverance in providing the best possible service to her clients has allowed her to have great success in helping build TemPositions Eden Hospitality to where it is now, one of the leading companies in Hospitality staffing.
