Eficaz Energy Assessments - EPCs, DECs - Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, London and all across the South and beyond... Hello. My name is Damian Williamson. I am an EPC and DEC Assessor with over 7 years and over 1,000 EPC and DEC surveys of experience. I live in sunny Portsmouth (well, it's sunny as I write this anyway….) but work all across Southern England carrying out EPC and DEC assessments for private individuals, small/medium retail enterprises, property management companies, local authorities, restaurant chains, and much more... I was born in Ormskirk, Lancashire, near Liverpool but have lived in Portsmouth ever since 1992, which the exception of a 2-and-a-half-year stint in Madrid.
