Aaron Harper

Aaron Harper has been with Edwards and Kautz since 2014. Before that, he was a law clerk, a litigation associate, a financial advisor and an Assistant Public Advocate for the Department of Public Advocacy's Paducah Trial Office. Aaron became an attorney because the law "touches everything". This means it is linked to many different professions and fields. He wants to help people who are unable to help themselves. He joined the firm because of the way the firm stands for its clients and the firm believes in helping its clients solve their unique problems. Aaron focuses his practice on personal injury and car accidents, including Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. He avidly helps those who have been injured by the negligent, careless actions of others. And he is fervent about protecting the interests of those accused of crimes. Aaron graduated from law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Science from Murray State University in 1998 with a major in advertising. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. He was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; and the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky. Angy Cox

Angy Cox joined Edwards and Kautz as a criminal defense attorney in 2023. She enjoys criminal defense because she can make a significant difference and a substantial improvement in people's lives. As an associate attorney, Angy focuses solely on criminal defense. Before joining the firm, Angy worked as a public defender for over three years where she tried many cases. As a public defender, she saw firsthand how the legal system directly affects the people in her community. Now as an attorney at Edwards and Kautz, she wants every client to feel they can not only trust her to always respect their feelings but also to keep their best interests in mind. Angy lives in Symsonia and is married to Kevin Cox. She has one son, Danny Prince. Angy enjoys traveling, singing, writing, Marvel movies, and all things pop culture. Chuck Tveite

Chuck Tveite has been with Edwards and Kautz since 2011. He joined the firm because of the firm's prestige. He was also attracted by the character of the partners. He enjoys helping people and figuring out difficult situations. He helps them get the most money in order to get themselves back on track. Chuck focuses his practice on personal injury and car accidents. He believes that people hurt because someone was careless should have help with their bills. Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability are two ways people can get help. He also gets help for those in nursing homes who are neglected and for families of those who lose their lives due to a wrongful death. Chuck graduated from law school at Mississippi College School of Law in 2009. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Murray State University in 2005. Chuck lives in Paducah with his significant other Nicole Mathis and their daughter Scout. They have 2 dogs: Carl and Lolli. Chuck enjoys traveling, cycling, running and golf. Dave Bundrick

David Bundrick joined the firm in 2010. He enjoys the challenges of helping people charged with crimes as a criminal defense attorney. Dave is a partner and focuses his practice on criminal defense. Before joining the firm, he was a public defender for four years. He has tried cases dealing with everything from traffic offenses to murder. He has helped many clients charged with DUI and drug offenses. Dave also handles the majority of the firm's federal criminal cases and has tried federal cases dealing with white collar crime, firearms, and sex offenses. Dave graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2006. While at law school, he received the Provost's Fellowship and was a member of the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. He is originally from Opelika, Alabama, and received his undergraduate degree from nearby Auburn University in 2001. Dave Bundrick now lives in Paducah with his wife Shannon and their cats, Indiana, Penny, and Woodrow. He enjoys playing bass, scuba diving, and attending rock concerts. David Troutman

David Troutman has been with Edwards & Kautz since 2011. Prior to joining the firm, David was an Attorney at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, better known as the Public Defender's Office. There, he represented individuals throughout Western Kentucky charged with crimes ranging from DUI to Murder. His hard work and dedication to his clients resulted in numerous Not Guilty verdicts at trial. David now focuses his practice on representing people who have been injured due to the negligence of others and people who have been injured on the job. David understands that when you've been injured, you deserve compensation for your medical bills, lost wages, and pain & suffering. Since joining Edwards & Kautz, David has recovered millions of dollars for his injured clients. David is married to Angela Troutman and has a son named Graham. David enjoys going to sporting events and rock concerts. He is a longtime St. Louis Blues fan and is happy to have become a Stanley Cup Champion. Mark Edwards

Mark Edwards has been with Edwards and Kautz since its beginning in 2007. He wanted to work with a first rate attorney and to grow a law practice that can represent people by providing quality work. He enjoys the challenges of helping people who have been hurt by others. Mark is a partner at the firm and focuses his practice on personal injury cases. Medical malpractice, Social Security Disability and bad faith insurance are also important to him. Mark represents people hurt in accidents. Hurt in auto accidents, big truck accidents and motorcycle accidents. He helps workers hurt on the job and on the river as well as people hurt by flawed products. He also helps the estates of those hurt by others. Mark served in the Marine Corps from 1980 to 1995. There, he reached the rank of Major. He has been a member of the Kentucky Justice Assoc. since 1989. Mark graduated from law school at the University of Kentucky in 1983. He is also a graduate of the Naval Justice School and is a graduate of the Marine Corps Law of War Course and its Career Prosecutor course. Mark has four children, Michelle, Brian, Nick and Erika. Will Kautz

William Kautz has been with Edwards and Kautz since its beginning in 2007. He joined with Mark because of Mark Edward's reputation as a successful and experienced Personal Injury attorney. He enjoys the challenges of helping people as a criminal defense attorney. William is a partner at the firm and focuses his practice on criminal defense. He believes in the pursuit of Justice. And he has prosecuted and defended hundreds of cases from DUI to capital murder. He also deals with appeals. He says, "Criminal defense attorneys are the guardians of our Constitution of Rights." He has practiced only Criminal Law for thirty years. During that time he has been a prosecutor, a public defender and private lawyer. He has appeared in both Federal and State Courts. William graduated from law school at Salmon P. Chase in 1978. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1975 with Bachelor of Science in Business. He served as McCracken County Bar Association President. William is married to Latisha Kinsey Kautz. He has two children. Charlie is now a Chiropractor and Sami works in the hotel industry.
