John operates from a "Customer Centric" approach and strives to ensure that this methodology is ingrained within the company. His goal is for the entire organization to revolve around creating positive customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships. In his free time, he loves spending time with wife, family and line dancing friends.

With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Joseph has held various roles and leverages his wealth of knowledge to drive Essential's continued expansion. In his spare time, Joseph likes spending time with his grandkids, four wheeling and camping.

Judy has been with Essential Network Technologies nearly since its inception. She brought with her 20+ years of business administration experience as a bank manager, as well as the role of business administrator for two large churches in the St. Louis region. Her attention to detail as she manages all our accounting functions and Human Resources makes her a great addition to this fast-growing company. Judy enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, interior decorating and playing keyboard.

With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, he has held a diverse range of roles, including Installer, IT Project Manager, IT Sales and Director of Operations. Leveraging his extensive background, he currently serves as the Vice President. Kellen graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Missouri State University. In his free time he likes spending time with his family, hiking and baking.
Nathan Forrest is a highly accomplished Director of Engineering at Essential Network Technologies, boasting over 25 years of experience in IT support. His dynamic leadership drives technical solutions, empowers the engineering team, ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, and fosters continuous process improvements at the MSP. With a passion for innovation and customer-centric focus, Nathan's visionary approach has elevated Essential to a premier position in the industry. Alongside his role, he enjoys exploring beaches with his family of two boys and one girl, creating cherished memories together.
