Glenn J. Fahl

Glenn J. Fahl was licensed in 1984 and has been practicing civil litigation his entire career. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is reviewed in AM Best Recommended Insurance Attorneys in excess of 10 years (recommendations based on written evaluations from actual clients). He has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating bestowed upon attorneys, when he was evaluated for his legal abilities and compliance with ethical standards (five star rating). He was inducted as a Fellow into the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America and is in the Order Of Juris. He is listed in Top Attorneys of North America. Jeff P. O'dea

Jeff O'Dea is an accomplished trial lawyer with 40 years of courtroom experience having honed his craft trying cases for the Harris County District Attorneys' Office. Over the years Jeff has represented major builders, insurance companies and businesses in personal injury, construction, and premises matters. He has the foresight and presence never to walk his clients into potential criminal liability when defending them in civil matters. Jeff has also owned an independent insurance agency and has experience defending insurance companies in first party litigation. Jeff has served as an adjunct professor teaching insurance coverage as part of the core curriculum necessary to receive a bachelors' degree in risk management at the University of Houston Downtown. Additionally, he has taught continuing education courses on indemnity, insurance, including CCIPs and OCIPs, workers' compensation, tort reform and statutory updates. Jeff has tried over one hundred jury trials to verdict in Texas courts and has second-chaired dozens of additional trials. Jeff is considered a "go-to" attorney for unique legal issues and defenses, often requiring research and unconventional arguments. In responding to this call, Jeff has successfully defended hundreds of construction cases including defective school cases and premises cases involving security and protective devices. One such construction defect case resulted in his builder client having been exonerated of responsibility for over 30 million dollars in damages for an alleged defective school and the client's receipt of a substantial award of attorneys' fees on its counter claim for attorneys' fees. As an experienced trial attorney, Jeff is intensively focused on litigation, case preparation and trial readiness to more effectively settle or try any given dispute. Michael W. Cramer

Michael W. Cramer has practiced civil litigation since 1984. He has been lead counsel in a number of major personal injury, product liability, workers' compensation, LHWCA, real estate, commercial and construction cases, including all aspects of discovery and trial. He has conducted hundreds of depositions, specializing in the depositions of physicians. Mr. Cramer has represented individuals, small companies and large corporations on both sides of the docket. Mr. Cramer is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in Best's Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. Mr. Cramer is a member of the Litigation Section and Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He is a past Vice President of the Katy Bar Association.

R. Kelly Donaldson

Kelly Donaldson has practiced construction law in Texas since 1986. Prior to 1986 Mr. Donaldson worked in the foundation drilling industry. Today, he represents clients involved in project development, design, engineering, procurement and construction. Successful projects require thorough planning, proper risk allocation, comprehensive contract documents and efficient resolution of disputes. Construction is complex and experience counts. Mr. Donaldson has experience in both construction and construction law. Mr. Donaldson represents owners (private and public), engineers, EPC contractors, general contractors, sureties, lenders, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers & fabricators. He has experience with projects related to energy (upstream, midstream & downstream); maritime design & construction; heavy civil public works projects, power generation; public works & infrastructure; schools & higher education; industrial; manufacturing; commercial; healthcare; church & religious organizations; and multi-family residential construction.
