Ashley joined the Farmington Gardens team in April of 2017 graduating from Endicott College with her degree in Hospitality & Event Management. Ashley is known for her keen attention to detail, constant communication, passion and willingness to help clients create memorable life events!
Courtney is our General Manager of Chabot Hospitality Group, overseeing all event operations at Farmington Gardens and our group's additional venues throughout the state. She is a proud graduate of UConn and resides with her husband, daughter and dogs in Harwinton.
Katie joined the Farmington Gardens team in March 2022 and has over 19 years of experience in the event/hospitality industry. She enjoys helping people any way she can. Katie looks forward to the opportunity to help bring your vision to life and create a lasting and meaningful memory of your event for years to come!
Katrina Chabot is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. She has been the Executive Chef at Farmington Gardens for over 10 years. She leads our expert culinary staff and resides in North Canton.
Phillip Chabot is one of the owners of Farmington Gardens and oversees every aspect of its operation down to the nuts and bolts of the building. He graduated UCONN School of Engineering in 2005 and currently resides in Farmington
Rob Szabo has been the Bar Manager at Farmington Gardens for the past 5 years. He oversees our beverage program and is an expert mixologist. Rob is a member of the Hartford Bartenders Guild. He is a practicing realtor in the Town of Torrington where he resides.
