Brant Gilbert

Brant grew up in north central Indiana on a family farm. He was a 10 year 4-H member and served as FFA Chapter President and District Officer. After completing his bachelor's degree at Butler University in 2002, Brant joined Land O'Lakes Inc., in a marketing role within the Purina Animal Nutrition division where he spent the next 13 years in various marketing leadership functions. In 2015, Brant rotated to a business consulting role for 3 years before heading back into marketing within the WinField United business unit. He currently manages a team of marketers tasked with helping ag retailers drive new revenue streams via services offered to growers. Brant loves tackling tough problems that help drive value and relevance to the Land O'Lakes Inc. federated system. In his spare time, Brant enjoys coaching his kid's sport teams and assisting his wife in running their two small businesses.

Colton Bates

Colton Started with FieldReveal in July of 2023 as a Customer Success Specialist and currently resides in Waconia, Minnesota. Colton grew up on a family farm near a small town in South Central, Minnesota called Green Isle. With an immense passion for the field of agriculture, Colton decided to pursue an Associate's degree in Ag Business Management from South Central College. He then decided to further his education and obtained his Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Southwest Minnesota State University. Upon graduating college in 2018, Colton accepted a position as a Sales Agronomist for Crystal Valley Coop in South Central, Minnesota. As a sales agronomist, Colton worked with growers to better their farming practices and hit their yield goals by suggesting precise fertilizer, chemical, and seed recommendations. Then, in 2020 Colton accepted a position as a Customer Success Specialist for a precision agriculture company called Solinftec. Colton was responsible for training retailers across the U.S. how to utilize the dispatch and logistics system. Today, as the Customer Success Specialist for FieldReveal, Colton's primary role is to onboard, implement, and train current and upcoming customers on how to utilize our platform. In his free time, Colton enjoys helping on his family farm, especially during the peak times of spring planting and fall harvest and working with their cattle year round. In the summer time, Colton can be found playing slow pitch softball, or relaxing with family and friends on the lake. However, Colton is always looking forward to the fall, as one of his primary passions is hunting.

Evan Rieber

Evan Rieber is a Mapping Center Specialist for FieldReveal. Evan grew up and lives in Watertown, South Dakota. Rieber attended Lake Area Technical College and started with FieldReveal as an intern. After he received his associate's degree in precision agriculture in 2021, Evan joined the FieldReveal team as a Mapping Center Specialist. His primary role consists of the creation of maps, processing yield data and customer support. In his free time, Evan enjoys hunting, fishing and being outside with his dogs.

Ian McGregor

Ian represents the 4th generation involved in The McGregor Company. Ian joined the company full time in 1999 and currently serves as President. In that role, Ian has direct responsibility for company strategy and company operations, where his experience in a number of technically focused roles for the company have provided him a great perspective. Prior to joining The McGregor Company, Ian owned a small technology business specializing in computer sales and network design. Ian lives on the McGregor family farm with his wife and six daughters.

Matt Timmerman

Matt Timmerman is a Mapping Center Specialist fo r FieldReveal. He grew up outside Balaton, Minnesota and now lives in Watertown, South Dakota. Matt graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Technology in May of 2023. After he received his bachelor's degree, Matt joined the FieldReveal team as a Mapping Center Specialist. His primary role consists of the creation of maps, processing yield data and customer support. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching sports, hunting, and working on antique farm equipment.

Nathan Odegard

Nathan Odegard is the Mapping Center Manager for FieldReveal. Odegard has been with the company since early 2016. During his tenure at FieldReveal he has enjoyed making the best zone-based management maps in the industry. FieldReveal's patented MZB zone map is a zone management map that uses a multi-layer approach. It's created by combining information layers including electrical conductivity, elevation, and a yield potential layer to produce a map that shows patterns of nutrient and yield potential differences. Nathan attended South Dakota State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy. This education prepared him for his career in the agriculture industry. Prior to Odegard's time at FieldReveal he was with Legend Seeds as the research development agronomist. His focus was the research and development of the corn product portfolio and training/teaching the sales staff on the strengths and weaknesses of the new products. Early in his time at SDSU he worked at DuPont Pioneer's research station in Volga, South Dakota. During his time with Pioneer, Nathan learned the basics of corn research and pollination techniques. He gained an appreciation for the time and effort the staff and breeders put in to create solid hybrids. This experience pushed Nathan to pursue his career in agriculture. Nathan lives in Watertown with his wife Jasmine and two sons. In his free time Nathan enjoys all things outdoors, but especially likes hunting with his three springer spaniels, fishing, and camping. Nathan's family and friends consider him quite a grill master and exceptional cook overall.

Nick Waite - COO

Nick Waite is currently the COO for FieldReveal. Nick grew up in the northeastern South Dakota town of Watertown where he resides today. Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from South Dakota State University. Upon graduation, Nick spent the next few years working in the government sector focusing on spatial data. This worked involved data standardization, data collection, and various data management roles. Throughout the majority Nick's career, he has spent a significant amount of time teaching, training, and developing curriculum for individuals and organizations. Teaching and training is one of Nick's passions in his career. Nick still sits on the Lake Area Technical College's Precision Ag Advisory Board where he helped design and implement LATC's Precision Ag program. Nick also spent a handful of year as an adjunct instructor for LATC during the early years of the Precision Ag program. Nick has been with FieldReveal for 17 years. Nick's current role involves overseeing the day to day operations of marketing, development, and production, as well as the finance, HR, risk management, and legal areas of the FieldReveal business. Nick and his wife, Amy, have three daughters who they enjoy watching swim competitively. If Nick has any free time, you can usually find him golfing or on the lake with his family.

Quinn Bleick

Quinn Bleick is a Mapping Center Specialist for FieldReveal. He grew up in south central Minnesota in the small town of Fairfax where he worked on his family farm. Quinn attended South Dakota State University starting in 2019. He went on to receive his bachelor's degree in Agronomy from South Dakota State University in May of 2023. He currently lives in Brookings, SD. Quinn started full-time with FieldReveal upon graduating from SDSU. His primary role consists of the creation of maps and customer support. So far, his favorite thing about working at FieldReveal is getting to understand everything about the software and working with many different agronomists across a wide area who experience different agronomic factors based on their location. In his free time, Quinn enjoys fishing, bowling, and golf. Quinn also enjoys working with his cattle back home.

Zach Locy

Zachary Locy

Zachary Locy started at FieldReveal in May of 2012 right after graduating from South Dakota State University with a degree in geography and geographic information systems. In his time with the company he has been involved in data collection, data processing, and currently manages the FieldReveal software development projects.
