Amelia is a digital marketing strategist with five years of experience growing audiences through effective online marketing tactics. She specializes in social media strategy, content creation, blogging, website design, and email marketing. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI (go blue!), she currently lives in Colorado and finds inspiration in her scenic surroundings on a daily basis.
In addition to her work with FH Water Restoration, Amelia has experience helping small businesses and new entrepreneurs market their products and services; this includes marketing a children's book, consulting software, custom apparel, and construction management services. She thrives off having the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of various industries while applying customized digital marketing strategies.
Crystal was born in Brighton, Colorado and grew up in two different worlds. She was either running around barefoot, shooting guns and riding horses on the farm in Fort Lupton with her father or she was in the suburbs, attending school and doing more girly stuff like trying on mom's shoes and makeup.
Crystal is a dedicated mother to a wonderful son and two dogs. She has always been a nurturing and caring individual who loves to do what she can to help others. Some of her hobbies include exercise or anything that keeps her active, as well as, reading, writing and other artistic side projects. Crystal is now directing her attention towards expanding her career in the construction and restoration industry.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 2013. Prior to founding Medical Bill Gurus, Daniel was a structural engineer in the utility industry.
Pivoting from structural engineering to the world of coding and digital marketing, Daniel is a full-stack web developer with a background in search engine optimization, API automation and complex workflows for businesses.
Dennis was born and raised in Denver and has a strong track record of customer relations. He began his sales career in banking. Through the eight years of employment, he gathered all knowledge necessary to understand customer needs vs wants, finances, and business cash flow. Upon delivering exceptional service to his clients, Dennis was offered an opportunity to support the growth and foundation of a local plumbing company. Not knowing anything about plumbing, Dennis took his first year to learn the ropes and develop a successful team for this plumbing company. Dennis's duties were to grow and maintain commercial relationships in a department that was in uncharted water.
After three years, the company had tripled in size with the portfolio left at over 348+ new accounts. Dennis decided to part ways to develop his own success. Moving into now what is now his third industry, but focused on commercial relations, Dennis will be ensuring customer satisfaction and continue business development for Fire and Hail to conquer yet another challenge and industry.
Gian was born and raised in South Africa until he was 15 years old, at which time his family moved to Vancouver in Canada. After doing his undergrad in health sciences, he decided to pursue a chiropractic doctorate in San Francisco, where he met
his wife, Madison.
Gian has done several years of manual labor, earning him a wealth of knowledge in the restoration and reconstruction industry. He is passionate about helping his clients get the best people to restore their homes, office buildings and vehicles after getting damaged. Gian is relationship focused and loves getting to know and build a relationship with everyone he has the privilege to meet. When Gian is not working, he loves playing his cello and getting dirty on the rugby field.
Grace Kennedy is a Colorado native born and raised in Weld County. She attended CU Denver to study Public Health and for five years pursued a career helping people navigate the complicated world of insurance.
She now uses her skillset to help clients get the most out of their insurance claims after they suffer a loss. Grace is passionate about providing premium service, insight, and advice to her customers. She strives to help them achieve their construction needs with ease and efficiency.
In her free time, Grace is a competitive equestrian who trains and competes with her horse, DaVinci.
Working in the restoration industry for over a decade, Rico Leon has experienced all aspects of the restoration process from being on the front lines sewage removal in basements to managing crews on 7 figure commercial restoration projects.
Transitioning to the role as owner of his own Colorado based restoration business, he leverages countless years of experience in the restoration industry to provide restoration expertise to property owners throughout the Front Range of Colorado, prioritizing industry proficiency, customer service and quality of work throughout the restoration process.
As a hardened veteran in the restoration industry, he was responsible for the oversight and selection of restoration contractors for the city of Denver, administering project management for hundreds of jobs with dozens of contractors personally reporting to him on a daily basis.
What he has learned through the years working on countless projects is that regardless of the project size or scope, each restoration project is not just another "project", but rather a home or business that represents the livelihood of a family or business owner that bears profound strain each day the property is not habitable or in operation.
