George E. Ridings became an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company in 1964, upon graduation from Eastern Kentucky University, and has been a part of the Richmond, Kentucky, community since then. He was named to the EKU Hall of Distinguished Alumni in 1993, and received the Kentucky Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers' Highest Lifetime Achievement Award in 1986. He has over 30 years membership in the Richmond Rotary Club, is a Past President of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, and served on the Richmond Utilities Board over 20 years, with much of that time as Chairman of the Board. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT*).
Since 1992, George has provided business owners, families, and individuals with dependable insurance and financial solutions through diverse economic times. George is grateful to be part of a family business, working in partnership with his father, George E. Ridings, Jr. CLU®, ChFC®, a New York Life agent since 1964. He is a native of Kentucky and lives in Richmond, Kentucky. He is also the proud father of two daughters. As a Chartered Financial Consultant, George brings extensive knowledge and understanding as he recommends solutions to meet his clients' goals in the areas of protection, accumulation, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth strategies. Business succession and select compensation and benefit programs are available for business owners.
George is an Agent for New York Life Insurance Company, a Financial Adviser with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, and is also a Financial Services Professional for NYLIFE Securities LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency.
He was elected to serve on New York Life's Agent's Advisory Council from the President's Council in 2004. George has been named New York Life Kentucky General Office Agent of the Year numerous times. Since 2010, he has served in Kentucky as co-Political Involvement Leader for New York Life, meeting with state and federal elected officials to discuss issues important to clients and the industry. George has also been an active member of the Chicago Study Group since 2000. CSG is an independent network of experienced New York Life agents committed to meet twice per year to improve the service provided to their clients and community.

Leila Alhusaini is the Administrative Services Manager for Ridings Insurance and Financial Services. She has worked for the firm since 2011. Leila has over 20 years of customer service experience which she uses to provide ongoing, quality service to our clients. She also manages marketing and public relations for the firm.

Sarah Watts Combs is the Business and Operations Manager for Ridings Insurance and Financial Services. She is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business and seeing that clients get what they require on time, every time. Sarah has worked with Ridings Insurance and Financial Services since 1986.
Sarah manages the underwriting and customer service process for clients. She also supervises all administrative operations within the company.
