Chris has a B.A. and M.D degree from the University of Pennsylvania; He completed an internship and neurological surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati (Mayfield Clinic). In addition, he completed a complex spine surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Chris has been a surgeon and partner in Lancaster NeuroScience and Spine Associates since 2001, the practice was recently acquired by Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health effective January 2019. Chris remains in active clinical practice as a board-certified neurosurgeon. He currently holds the role of Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Lancaster General Hospital. Chris has experience in informatics and actively participated in the evaluation and implementation of Lancaster General Hospital's system-wide EMR. Chris is an active investor in multiple sectors, with a focus on the healthcare and hospitality verticals., Chris has been the CMO of a regional angel investor network.

Gary has a BS from Stony Brook University, a DDS from New York University, and an MD from Drexel University Medical School. He completed an Internal Medicine internship, an Anesthesiology residency and Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship at Harvard Medical School's Brigham and Women's Hospital, and a Neurosurgical Anesthesia Fellowship at SUNY Downstate With over 30 years of Clinical and Administrative healthcare experience and 20 years as a serial entrepreneur, Gary has been a founder for 2 healthcare technology start-ups, a physician informatics lead overseeing the roll out of the EHR Epic across Sutter Health, a not-for-profit health system in Northern California with 24 hospitals providing service to 100 Northern California cities, and has traveled across the country as a healthcare technology consultant for multiple academic and Private HCO's. During that time Gary maintained his clinical practice in Anesthesiology with a sub specialty focus in obstetric anesthesiology. He is a founding member of the East Bay Anesthesia Medical Group and founded, scaled and held the position of medical director for its high risk Obstetric Anesthesia division, for over 20 years, caring for up to 8000 patients per year.

Robert "Bob" Sweeney

Bob has spent over 30 years as an executive in start-up and growth companies. From 1997 to 2016, Bob led the Challenger Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer, Board Member and Investor. Challenger rose from a fledgling start-up to national prominence in physician education under his leadership. Prior to this, he was Senior VP and a founder of Team Health, and functioned as their senior sales and negotiating executive. The company was founded in 1991 by Bob and four others. Team Health grew from $11mm to $425mm in annual sales before exiting in a public offering in 1994. Bob has an MBA from Memphis State University, a doctorate and MA in History from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Experimental Psychology from the University of Memphis, and a BA in History & MAT in Social Sciences from Binghamton University. He is a black belt practitioner of aikido, a ranked lifemaster in the American Contract Bridge League, and the author and administrator of a prominent website on the history of Sullivan County, PA where his emigrant ancestors settled. Bob is married to Lynn Franklin of Memphis, TN, and they have one daughter - a successful entrepreneur, who lives with her husband and their son in the Los Angeles area.
