Alessandro Cremonesi is STMicroelectronics' Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer and General Manager of STMicroelectronics' System Research and Applications (SRA) Group. He has managed the SRA group since 2013 and added the Innovation Office to his mandate in early 2020. Cremonesi's responsibilities span from global innovation coordination to corporate advanced R&D to system-solutions support for ST customers. Cremonesi joined STMicroelectronics in 1984 after conducting research in opto- electronics at University of Pavia, Italy. He has served in managerial roles with both Strategic Marketing and R&D responsibilities across domains from telecommunications to audio/video digital-signal processing and multimedia applications. He has been a key contributor to ST's extensive efforts and strategy in IoT and Artificial Intelligence and, more recently, has led the creation of strategic initiatives to increase ST's innovation capability. Cremonesi advises several industrial and academic bodies. He is a member of an expert group defining the strategy for Artificial Intelligence for the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. He has authored several technical papers and patents and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at IMEC.

Alper Ilkbahar is Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Technology at Western Digital. Prior to joining Western Digital in 2022, he was the Vice President of Data Center Group and General Manager of the Intel Optane Group, overseeing development of memory and storage solutions by integrating innovative hardware and software for next-generation data centers around Optane Technology. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of several business units at SanDisk, which he joined through the acquisition of Matrix Semiconductor Inc. Ilkbahar spent the first decade of his career at Intel's microprocessor division, holding design engineering and management roles that spanned from the Intel486 processor to the Intel® Itanium® processor. Ilkbahar earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey; a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan; and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds more than 50 patents in the fields of semiconductor process, device, design and testing and has published multiple conference and journal papers in his areas of expertise.

Andreas Urschitz serves as a Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Management Board of Infineon Technologies AG (IFX). Their products make devices consume less, and enable decarbonization and digitalization. Daniel A. (Dan) Artusi is an experienced semiconductor executive and board member who, from 2015 to 2018, served as Vice President in the Client Computing Group and General Manager for the connected home division at Intel Corporation. A 30-year veteran of the semiconductor and communications industries, Artusi joined Intel in 2015 with the acquisition of Lantiq Deutschland GmbH, where he had been chief executive officer since 2012. He also spent six years as an operating executive at Golden Gate Capital, focusing on semiconductor and communications investment opportunities. Earlier in his career, Artusi served as president and CEO of Conextant Systems Inc.; as chairman and CEO of Coldwatt Inc.; and as CEO, president and chief operating officer at Silicon Laboratories Inc. He was also a member of the board of directors at all four technology companies. Artusi started his career in 1977 at Motorola Inc. and subsequently spent 24 years with the company, culminating in his role as corporate vice president and general manager of the Networking and Computing Systems Group. As one of the leading experts on logic simulation and logic synthesis, Dr. de Geus was made a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in January 1999. He has been honored for his industry achievements with the 2001 IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Industrial Pioneer Award, the 2007 IEEE Robert N. Noyce Medal, and the 2008 EDAC/CEDA Kaufman award. Dr. Ann B. Kelleher is executive vice president and general manager of Technology Development at Intel Corporation. Kelleher joined Intel in 1996 as a process engineer, going on to manage technology transfers and factory ramp-ups in a variety of positions spanning 200mm and 300mm technologies. She started her manufacturing leadership journey as the factory manager of Fab 24 in Leixlip, Ireland. She was site manager of Intel's Fab 11X facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and plant manager of Intel's Fab 12 facility in Chandler, Arizona. She then became general manager of the Fab Sort Manufacturing organization where she was responsible for all aspects of Intel's high-volume silicon manufacturing. Dr. Chih-Yuan Lu - President

He has published more than 550 technical papers and has been granted 160 patents. Dr. Lu has been elected as an IEEE Fellow, APS Fellow, Fellow of NAI, TWAS Fellow, and "ITRI Laureate." He has been awarded the IEEE Third Millennium Medal; the IEEE Frederik Philips Award; and the 2013 "Presidential Science Prize," the highest Science and Technology Prize in Taiwan, ROC. Dr. Chintay Shih

Dr. Chintay Shih received his Ph.D. in EE from Princeton University, M.S. in management from Stanford University, and his B.S. in EE from National Taiwan University. He joined ITRI in 1976, and became part of the original 40 person team that transferred the CMOS technology from RCA New Jersey to Taiwan. He spent 28 years at ITRI where he ran the Electronics Research Service Organization (ERSO) from 1984-89, served as the Executive Vice President of ITRI from 1989 - 94, and President from 1994 - 2003. While at ITRI, Dr. Shih played key roles in the spin-off United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), Vanguard Semiconductor (VIS), and Taiwan Mask Company (TMC). As President of ITRI, Dr. Shih established the open laboratory program to strengthen the collaboration ties between the Industry and ITRI. He also initiated the Advanced Research Program to excel ITRI as a world class research institute. In 2004, Dr Shih joined National Tsing Hua University as the Dean of the College of Technology Management. He set up the first Institute of Service Science in Taiwan (2007). Dr. Shih is a Fellow of IEEE. He has served as chairman of the Taiwan Semiconductor Association (1996-2000), Chairman of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Association (1997-2009), President of the Chinese Institute of Engineers (1998-2000), Chairman of the Chinese Society for Management of Technology (1995-2000), Chairman of the Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering (1993-1995), Managing director of the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufactures' Association (1995-2000), Chairman of Taiwan and Global Monte jade Science & technology Association (2005-2009, 2010-2012) , and the Chairman of Institute for Information Industry (III)(2010-2012). He served as General Director of ERSO of ITRI in Taiwan and President of Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA) from 1997 to 2000. Before moving to Asia in 1996, Dr. Hu had held numerous technical and managerial positions for semiconductor companies in the U.S.A. He began his semiconductor career as a research staff at IBM T. J. Watson Research center in 1980 and later worked at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), and Cypress Semiconductor in U.S.A. Dr. Hu was a pioneer in CMOS technology development back in the 80's and early 90's. He was the first in industry in demonstrating several key technologies, including latch-up free CMOS structures, applying silicide to MOS devices, and introducing P+ and N+ poly gates for CMOS. Dr. Hu has been project leader for the development of 6 generations of CMOS technology for digital, analog and non-volatile memories. Dr.Hu is an IEEE Fellow and received his master and Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Dr. Jalal Bagherli is a visionary leader of the semiconductor industry who created multiple billion-dollar businesses. Currently Dr. Jalal chairs the board of PTSL, a private high growth semiconductor manufacturing company, and is an advisor to several chip startups. Jalal was formerly the CEO of Dialog Semiconductor plc. Some of his professional highlights at Dialog include creating new design centers in seven countries; successfully negotiating a strategic licensing deal to transfer IP and resources to Apple Inc.; raising equity in European capital markets; acquiring and integrating several chip companies totaling over $1bn. Dr. Jalal led the company to become the world leader in Power Management products, used for all Apple devices, and led the expansion into new product lines for Connectivity (low power Bluetooth SIG/Wi-Fi), Power Conversion and Mixed Signal products for mobile consumer and IOT markets. He led the strategic M&A deal resulting in the sale of Dialog Semiconductor to Renesas Corporation of Japan in August 2021 for $5.8bn. K.C. Shih gained the B.S. degree in physics from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, and the M.S. and PhD. studies in electrical engineering from M.I.T. He spent 20 years in U.S.A, working in the high-tech industry. While at M.I.T., Mr. Shih was an original member of the MULTICS team. MULTICS was the first multi-processing, multi-programming, network operating system running on ARPAnet. It was later re-written to become UNIX at Bell Labs. He then worked at DEC involving in the design of the famous VAX computer. In 1980, he joined National Semiconductor as Director of the MESA project, in charge of the NS32000 32bit microprocessor development. In 1983, Mr. Shih founded Suntek in developing an under $1,000 UNIX PC with NS32000, targeted for college students on the college local area network. In 1990, he went to Taiwan as the President of Cadence Design Systems Inc. Mr. Shih then founded Faraday Technology Corporation in a partnership with UMC and served as the Vice Chairman and CEO. He was a co-architect leading the 8-inch wafer and DRAM/SRAM/LOGIC technology developments for Taiwan's semiconductor industry in the early 1990s and also created many Taiwan companies as prominent silicon-chip suppliers. Since 1999 he has pioneered Known-Good-Die Memory Products enabling 3D stacked-die system chips; this work summoned the new rise of an IC Heterogeneous Integration Era as described in his ISSCC-2004 plenary talk, demonstrating a new 3D-IC trend. He was a keynote speaker at the 2016 A-SSCC declaring the Silicon-Age-4.0 Era with a new Virtual Moore's Law for continual economic growth. Dr. Lu received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and M.S. and Ph.D. in EE from Stanford University. He holds over 37 granted U.S. patents and has published more than 60 technical papers. She is responsible for the vision, strategy, and architecture of silicon development, cloud supply chain as well as global capacity deployment for Microsoft's cloud data center infrastructure. Under her leadership, Microsoft's brightest engineering minds focus on developing technologies that will solve the world's toughest problems and drive end-to-end business value for Azure's products and solutions. Before joining Microsoft, Borkar served as the Vice President of OpenPOWER Development at IBM. Prior to IBM, Borkar spent most of her career at Intel. As Corporate Vice President, she led Intel's silicon product development strategy while leading large, complex, and diverse global engineering organizations that developed world-class microprocessors for Intel servers, PCs, phones, tablets, and the Internet of Things. Leading with the philosophy of "mission first, people always," Borkar has inspired and transformed organizations by building close-knit communities. Rene was appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Arm Board in February 2022. Prior to being appointed CEO, Rene was President of Arm's IP Products Group (IPG) from January 2017. Under his leadership, Rene transformed IPG to focus on key solutions for vertical markets with a more diversified product portfolio and increased investment in the Arm software ecosystem. In addition to his role as CEO, Rene also sits on the board of Arm China. Rene joined Arm in October 2013 as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and two years later was appointed to the Executive Committee and named Arm's Chief Commercial Officer in charge of global sales and marketing. Before joining Arm, Rene held several applications management, applications engineering and product engineering roles, including seven years at NVIDIA as vice president and general manager of its computing products business. His leadership and drive have had a dramatic and lasting impact on the way semiconductors are designed and manufactured. Cassidy became President, TSMC North America in January 2005 and was elected a Corporate Vice President, TSMC, Ltd. in November 2008. Since joining the company in 1997 as Vice President, Account Management, he has driven many of the strategic initiatives and business process improvements that helped TSMC achieve its current market position. He also served as Senior Vice President, Operations, instituting productivity and business process efficiencies that kept customers and the company on-course during one of the semiconductor industry's most turbulent times; and Executive Vice President, Office of the President, TSMC North America. He began his career at Fairchild Semiconductor Company (later acquired by National Semiconductor) where he held a series of executive and management positions in engineering, manufacturing, quality and reliability, and marketing. Prior to Joining TSMC, he was Vice President and General Manager of National's Military & Aerospace Division. Cassidy serves on the GSA board of directors, an organization dedicated to the advancement of the worldwide semiconductor industry.
