Alessandro Cremonesi is STMicroelectronics' Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer and General Manager of STMicroelectronics' System Research and Applications (SRA) Group. He has managed the SRA group since 2013 and added the Innovation Office to his mandate in early 2020. Cremonesi's responsibilities span from global innovation coordination to corporate advanced R&D to system-solutions support for ST customers.
Cremonesi joined STMicroelectronics in 1984 after conducting research in opto- electronics at University of Pavia, Italy. He has served in managerial roles with both Strategic Marketing and R&D responsibilities across domains from telecommunications to audio/video digital-signal processing and multimedia applications. He has been a key contributor to ST's extensive efforts and strategy in IoT and Artificial Intelligence and, more recently, has led the creation of strategic initiatives to increase ST's innovation capability.
Cremonesi advises several industrial and academic bodies. He is a member of an expert group defining the strategy for Artificial Intelligence for the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. He has authored several technical papers and patents and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at IMEC.

Alper Ilkbahar is Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Technology at Western Digital. He oversees NAND Technology development, Next Generation Technologies as well as Corporate Research functions.
Prior to joining Western Digital in 2022, he was the Vice President of Data Center Group and General Manager of the Intel Optane Group, overseeing development of memory and storage solutions by integrating innovative hardware and software for next-generation data centers around Optane Technology.
Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of several business units at SanDisk, which he joined through the acquisition of Matrix Semiconductor Inc.
Ilkbahar spent the first decade of his career at Intel's microprocessor division, holding design engineering and management roles that spanned from the Intel486 processor to the Intel® Itanium® processor.
Ilkbahar earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey; a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan; and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He holds more than 50 patents in the fields of semiconductor process, device, design and testing and has published multiple conference and journal papers in his areas of expertise.

Andreas Urschitz serves as a Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Management Board of Infineon Technologies AG (IFX).
Prior to being appointed to the Board, he led Infineon's Power & Sensor Systems Division for ten years, which focuses on power semiconductors driving energy-efficiency and sensors powering IoT systems. Their products make devices consume less, and enable decarbonization and digitalization. Among the division‘s most important innovations in Andreas' tenure are the energy-saving technologies CoolMOS™ and OptiMOS™, which can be found in almost every power-consuming application, e.g. in data centers. Pressure sensors, silicon microphones, radar and Time-of-Flight-imagers made by Infineon can be found in smartphones and other electrical devices all over the world.

Cristiano Amon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualcomm Incorporated, and also serves on the Company's board of directors. Amon assumed the role of CEO on June 30, 2021.
Amon began his Qualcomm career in 1995 as an engineer, and during his tenure, has helped shape the strategic direction for the Company in several leadership roles. Prior to becoming CEO, Amon served as president of Qualcomm. In that role, he steered development of a leading and differentiated product roadmap, spearheaded Qualcomm's 5G strategy - as well as its acceleration and global roll out - and drove the expansion and diversification of the business to serve multiple industries. Daniel A. (Dan) Artusi is an experienced semiconductor executive and board member who, from 2015 to 2018, served as Vice President in the Client Computing Group and General Manager for the connected home division at Intel Corporation.
A 30-year veteran of the semiconductor and communications industries, Artusi joined Intel in 2015 with the acquisition of Lantiq Deutschland GmbH, where he had been chief executive officer since 2012. He also spent six years as an operating executive at Golden Gate Capital, focusing on semiconductor and communications investment opportunities. Earlier in his career, Artusi served as president and CEO of Conextant Systems Inc.; as chairman and CEO of Coldwatt Inc.; and as CEO, president and chief operating officer at Silicon Laboratories Inc. He was also a member of the board of directors at all four technology companies. Artusi started his career in 1977 at Motorola Inc. and subsequently spent 24 years with the company, culminating in his role as corporate vice president and general manager of the Networking and Computing Systems Group.
Artusi attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in Argentina. He sits on the Engineering Advisory Board of the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Since co-founding Synopsys in 1986, Dr. Aart de Geus has expanded Synopsys from a start-up synthesis enterprise to a world leader in electronic design automation (EDA). As a technology visionary, he is frequently asked to speak on topics related to the electronics industry. As one of the leading experts on logic simulation and logic synthesis, Dr. de Geus was made a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in January 1999. He has been honored for his industry achievements with the 2001 IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Industrial Pioneer Award, the 2007 IEEE Robert N. Noyce Medal, and the 2008 EDAC/CEDA Kaufman award. In 2002, shortly after transacting the largest merger in EDA history, Dr. de Geus was named CEO of the Year by Electronic Business magazine, and in 2004, Entrepreneur of the Year in IT for Northern California by Ernst & Young. In November 2005, Electronic Business magazine chose Dr. de Geus as one of "The 10 Most Influential Executives." Dr. de Geus is active in the business community as chairman of the Board of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG), and a member of TechNet, the GSA, and the Electronic Design Automation Consortium (EDAC). He is also heavily involved in education for the next generation, having created in 1999 the Synopsys Outreach Foundation, which promotes project-based science and math learning throughout Silicon Valley.
Dr. Alexis B. Björlin is VP, DGX Cloud at NVIDIA. Prior to NVIDIA, Dr. Björlin was VP, Infrastructure at Meta, responsible for shaping the vision and strategy on global Software/Hardware Codesign for AI Systems and Platforms.
Dr. Björlin served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the optical systems division at Broadcom, where she led the business unit responsible for developing and manufacturing devices and systems used in optical communications. Prior to Broadcom, Björlin was corporate Vice President and General Manager of the data center connectivity group at Intel, where she oversaw three business units; the networking division, high-performance computing fabric division, and the silicon photonics division. While at Intel, Dr. Björlin commercialized Intel's silicon photonics technology, served on the board of directors for the Intel capital diversity initiative, and was a frequent speaker and advocate for women and diversity in technology.
Prior to Intel, she served as President and a member of the board of directors for Source Photonics, a private equity-owned, global fiber optics manufacturer. Dr. Anirudh Devgan has served as President and CEO of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. since December 2021, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since August 2021. Dr. Ann B. Kelleher is executive vice president and general manager of Technology Development at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for the company's worldwide manufacturing operations, including Fab Sort Manufacturing, Assembly Test Manufacturing and strategic planning, as well as corporate quality assurance and corporate services.
Kelleher joined Intel in 1996 as a process engineer, going on to manage technology transfers and factory ramp-ups in a variety of positions spanning 200mm and 300mm technologies. She started her manufacturing leadership journey as the factory manager of Fab 24 in Leixlip, Ireland. She was site manager of Intel's Fab 11X facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and plant manager of Intel's Fab 12 facility in Chandler, Arizona. She then became general manager of the Fab Sort Manufacturing organization where she was responsible for all aspects of Intel's high-volume silicon manufacturing.
Before assuming her current position in Manufacturing and Operations, Kelleher was co-general manager of the Technology and Manufacturing Group where she was responsible for corporate quality assurance, corporate services, Intel product supply chain, corporate supply chain and strategic planning for the company's worldwide manufacturing operations.

Chih-Yuan (C.Y.) Lu, Ph.D. from Columbia University, worked at AT&T Bell Labs; later joined ERSO/ITRI to lead Taiwan's National Submicron Project.
Dr. Lu is the co-founder of Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) which is a spin-off company from ITRI. He is also the founding Chairman and CEO of Ardentec Corp., and also serves as the President and CTO of Macronix International, the world class non-volatile semiconductor memory company. He has published more than 550 technical papers and has been granted 160 patents.
Dr. Lu has been elected as an IEEE Fellow, APS Fellow, Fellow of NAI, TWAS Fellow, and "ITRI Laureate." He has been awarded the IEEE Third Millennium Medal; the IEEE Frederik Philips Award; and the 2013 "Presidential Science Prize," the highest Science and Technology Prize in Taiwan, ROC. In 2018, Dr. Lu was elected as an "Academician of Academia Sinica," the first CEO from industry to have been honored by Academia Sinica.

Dr. Chintay Shih received his Ph.D. in EE from Princeton University, M.S. in management from Stanford University, and his B.S. in EE from National Taiwan University. He joined ITRI in 1976, and became part of the original 40 person team that transferred the CMOS technology from RCA New Jersey to Taiwan. He spent 28 years at ITRI where he ran the Electronics Research Service Organization (ERSO) from 1984-89, served as the Executive Vice President of ITRI from 1989 - 94, and President from 1994 - 2003.
While at ITRI, Dr. Shih played key roles in the spin-off United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), Vanguard Semiconductor (VIS), and Taiwan Mask Company (TMC). As President of ITRI, Dr. Shih established the open laboratory program to strengthen the collaboration ties between the Industry and ITRI. He also initiated the Advanced Research Program to excel ITRI as a world class research institute.
In 2004, Dr Shih joined National Tsing Hua University as the Dean of the College of Technology Management. He set up the first Institute of Service Science in Taiwan (2007).
Dr. Shih is a Fellow of IEEE. Prior to founding FocalTech in 2006, Dr. Hu was V.P. of R&D and Marketing at TSMC for 5 years. He served as General Director of ERSO of ITRI in Taiwan and President of Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA) from 1997 to 2000. Before moving to Asia in 1996, Dr. Hu had held numerous technical and managerial positions for semiconductor companies in the U.S.A. He began his semiconductor career as a research staff at IBM T. J. Watson Research center in 1980 and later worked at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), and Cypress Semiconductor in U.S.A.
Dr. Hu was a pioneer in CMOS technology development back in the 80's and early 90's. He was the first in industry in demonstrating several key technologies, including latch-up free CMOS structures, applying silicide to MOS devices, and introducing P+ and N+ poly gates for CMOS. Dr. Hu has been project leader for the development of 6 generations of CMOS technology for digital, analog and non-volatile memories.

Dr. Howard Yang has been Chairman and CEO of Montage Technology since its inception in 2004. The company was listed on NASDAQ on September 26, 2013 and subsequently acquired jointly by the Shanghai Pudong Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. and China Electronics Investment Holdings Limited. Before co-founding Montage, he served as Vice President of Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDT) and Chairman and General Manager of IDT-Newave. In 1997, he co-founded Newave Semiconductor Corp., the first VC-funded IC design company in China,which was merged with IDT in 2001. The deal was ranked China's top ten mergers of the year. Prior to Newave, he worked in the area of mixed-signal IC design at National Semiconductor, Chips & Technologies and Pericom Semiconductors in California. In 1994, Dr. Yang returned to China and joined Shanghai Belling Co., Ltd., where he was the founding director of New Product Development Department.
Dr. Yang received his MSEE and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University. He is an IEEE Fellow and selected into National "Thousand Talent Program" in China. He received several awards including IEEE CAS Industrial Pioneer Award and the Magnolia Gold Award - the highest honor from Shanghai municipal government for his pioneering contributions in China's IC design industry.

Dr. Jalal Bagherli is a visionary leader of the semiconductor industry who created multiple billion-dollar businesses. Currently Dr. Jalal chairs the board of PTSL, a private high growth semiconductor manufacturing company, and is an advisor to several chip startups.
Jalal was formerly the CEO of Dialog Semiconductor plc. Some of his professional highlights at Dialog include creating new design centers in seven countries; successfully negotiating a strategic licensing deal to transfer IP and resources to Apple Inc.; raising equity in European capital markets; acquiring and integrating several chip companies totaling over $1bn.
Dr. Jalal led the company to become the world leader in Power Management products, used for all Apple devices, and led the expansion into new product lines for Connectivity (low power Bluetooth SIG/Wi-Fi), Power Conversion and Mixed Signal products for mobile consumer and IOT markets. He led the strategic M&A deal resulting in the sale of Dialog Semiconductor to Renesas Corporation of Japan in August 2021 for $5.8bn.
Dr. Jalal Bagherli joined Dialog Semiconductor in September 2005 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Dialog Semiconductor, he was Vice President & General Manager for the Mobile Multimedia business unit for Broadcom Corporation and the CEO of Alphamosaic. Dr Bagherli has extensive experience of the semiconductor industry with a wealth of knowledge about the Far Eastern, European and North American markets, gained through his previous professional and executive positions with Texas Instruments and Sony.
K.C. Shih gained the B.S. degree in physics from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, and the M.S. and PhD. studies in electrical engineering from M.I.T. He spent 20 years in U.S.A, working in the high-tech industry.
While at M.I.T., Mr. Shih was an original member of the MULTICS team. MULTICS was the first multi-processing, multi-programming, network operating system running on ARPAnet. It was later re-written to become UNIX at Bell Labs. He then worked at DEC involving in the design of the famous VAX computer. In 1980, he joined National Semiconductor as Director of the MESA project, in charge of the NS32000 32bit microprocessor development.
In 1983, Mr. Shih founded Suntek in developing an under $1,000 UNIX PC with NS32000, targeted for college students on the college local area network.
In 1990, he went to Taiwan as the President of Cadence Design Systems Inc. Mr. Shih then founded Faraday Technology Corporation in a partnership with UMC and served as the Vice Chairman and CEO.
In 1998, he founded Global Unichip Corp. to be the world's first dedicated SOC design foundry and currently serves as the Vice Chairman and CEO.

Over 20+ years of his professional career, Dr. Loh has demonstrated his contributions to the global semiconductor industry not only as a hands-on IC design engineer/architect, but also a seasoned corporate executive with management scope covering RD/engineering and business operations.
Dr. Loh is a Corporate Vice President of MediaTek Inc., responsible for centralized corporate RD and engineering functions including RF, analog/mixed-signal and circuits/hardware engineering and technology development for all MediaTek's product lines including wireless communication, mobile application processors, wireless connectivity, home entertainment, optical storage and broadband/networking business. He is also serving as President of MediaTek USA, overseeing the company's global operations in Europe and America.
Before joining MediaTek in 2004, Dr. Loh had contributed to IC design industry in areas of read/write channels for magnetic and optical storage, high-performance analog filters, solid-state fingerprint sensors, highspeed SERDES and wireline PHY transceivers for IT, broadband, networking and mass storage applications. Dr. Loh started his first circuit design position at IMP and later he joined Cirrus Logic, where his last position was Director of Analog IC Engineering. In 1998, Dr. Loh founded Silicon Bridge Inc., where he successfully led a number of analog/mixed-signal IC development projects with major semiconductor companies including MediaTek Inc. and Altera Corporation.

Since 1999 he has pioneered Known-Good-Die Memory Products enabling 3D stacked-die system chips; this work summoned the new rise of an IC Heterogeneous Integration Era as described in his ISSCC-2004 plenary talk, demonstrating a new 3D-IC trend. He was a keynote speaker at the 2016 A-SSCC declaring the Silicon-Age-4.0 Era with a new Virtual Moore's Law for continual economic growth.
Dr. Lu received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and M.S. and Ph.D. in EE from Stanford University. He holds over 37 granted U.S. patents and has published more than 60 technical papers. Svein-Egil Nielsen is the Chief Technology Officer of Nordic Semiconductor. Mr. Nielsen holds MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and Bachelor of Engineering honors degree in Computer and Electronics Systems from University of Strathclyde.
He joined Nordic in 2001 as Director of Sales and Marketing. He also held a position as R&D director from 2005 to 2006 and Director of Emerging Technologies and Strategic Partnerships from 2010 to 2012.
Additionally, he served Innovation Norway as their Director of San Francisco and Houston offices where he was in charge of promoting Norwegian technology from 2007 to 2010. Prior to Nordic, he worked for Boston Consulting Group as a consultant.

Wen Chi-Chen is president and CEO of VIA Technologies, Inc. Previously, he co-founded and acted as president and CEO of Symphony Laboratories. Chen has also served as vice president of sales and marketing at high-tech start-up, ULSI. He previously held the positions of logic design engineer, senior architect and design manager for GTE Research labs; IntelR Wyse Technology; and ULSI., respectively.
Chen earned his master's in electronic engineering from National Taiwan University and an MSCS from the California Institute of Technology.

Xiaoning Qi is the Vice President of Alibaba Group. Earlier he was CEO of C-Sky Systems which was acquired by Alibaba. Previously, he held senior management and technical positions in companies such as Intel, working on integrated circuit devices, micro-processor design and platform electrical design for semiconductor systems. Additionally, he was Chairman and President of the Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Association, USA. Currently, he is a member of Asia-Pacific Leadership Council, Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA), a member of the CEO Council, GSA and a board member of Embedded Microprocessor Benchmark Consortium (EEMBC). Xiaoning has published more than fifty technical papers, one book, one book chapter, more than two dozens of invited talks and holds two US patents. He is a reviewer for numerous IEEE Journals and international conferences. Xiaoning Qi received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Yiming Zhu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChangXin Memory Technologies, Inc. (CXMT).
Prior to joining CXMT, Yiming was Chief Executive Officer of GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (GigaDevice), which he founded in 2005 and soon became a leading player in the global NOR Flash market. He brought innovative minds and passion to the company to develop products empowering various smart applications. Currently, he also serves as Chairman of GigaDevice.
Yiming is widely credited as a pioneer in China's memory industry. He has participated in a number of key R&D projects in China and filed more than 50 patents at home and abroad. Yiming has also won numerous honors and awards, including the "Innovator of the Year" by Global Sources and the "IC Design Leader of the Year in China" by China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Design Branch in 2013.
Yiming received his bachelor's and master's Degrees from Tsinghua University and another master's Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, before starting his career in US as an R&D engineer.
