Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Degree from Indiana University. He began his insurance career in 1986 after several years in banking. As Agency Manager for three years with Nationwide Insurance, he was responsible for managing and training 15 agents. In 1990, Chris returned to personal production as an Independent Agent. As an Accredited Adviser in Insurance, Chris specializes in offering a very broad range of insurance products to clients, ranging from Business Property & Casualty, to Life, Group Health, and Professional Liability. His target markets include convenience stores, hotels, contractors and technology based businesses.

With a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a masters from Indiana University, Jessica worked for an insurance comany as an agent. She joined H.J. Spier Co Inc looking to provide more options and competitive pricing for her clients. She specializes in health, property and casualty insurance - for both personal and commercial clients - and life insurance.
In her spare time, she and her daughter try out new recipes. She loves to be outdoors gardening or hiking.

Joe is a graduate of Butler University. He began his insurance career at his father's independent insurance agency and also worked for regional and national insurance companies. He has served in supervisory capacities for both personal and commercial underwriting. Joe's concentration of business includes ambulance services, habitational, manufacturing, information technology and contracting. An avid runner, Joe has completed a marathon in all fifty states and DC. He has run over 80 full or half marathons.

Joe is a 1973 graduate of Southern Illinois University. He spent five years in retail management with K-Mart and Lazarus. For 11 years, he was in operational management with Illinois Cereal Mill. Joe started his insurance career with Sentry Insurance in 1990 and retired in 2006. He was Sentry's Top Producer in Indiana for 15 consecutive years. His areas of expertise include Personal Lines, Life and Small Business.

Mike has been involved with Property and Casualty Insurance Sales since 1982, specializing in Commercial Property and Casualty.
He brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the agency having been involved in outside business ownership, insurance company ownership as well as agency ownership, management, underwriting and sales. He has served on various insurance company advisory councils and company performance councils.

Having been exposed to the insurance industry at an early age through his grandfather and father's involvement in agency ownership, Bill has a deep appreciation for the importance of attending to his customers' needs. He enjoys servicing his commercial customers primarily in the areas of contracting, manufacturing, service and transportation. In addition, Bill has a background in commercial real estate which is valuable from an insurance perspective. Bill is a licensed property and casualty agent, life and health agent and real estate broker.
His community involvement includes serving as a President of both the Independent Insurance Agents of Central Indiana Board of Directors and The Penrod Society. Bill also served as the co-chairman for the renovation of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity house of Wabash College of which he is a member and graduate.
