David Hoffmann is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. As the founder and chairman of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, he oversees a family-owned network of enterprises employing more than 9,000 employees. The Hoffmann Family of Companies includes more than 100 distinct brands in 30 countries.
In 1989, Mr. Hoffmann founded DHR International (now known as DHR Global) and grew it to one of the largest privately held executive search firms in the industry. Osprey Capital, LLC, the private equity investment firm he founded shortly after DHR Global, has matured into one of the largest family offices in the world and a vital engine for the Hoffmann family's philanthropic efforts. Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate manages U.S. real estate assets worth more than $1 billion and has played a significant role in revitalizing communities in Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Missouri and elsewhere.
In recognition of his considerable success in the face of adversity, Mr. Hoffmann earned a Horatio Alger Award in 2023. He also received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Central Missouri, his alma mater. He appeared on the Forbes Billionaires List in 2022 and 2023.
David Hoffmann has contributed to numerous charitable causes across the United States, particularly in his native Missouri and his adopted home state of Florida. Among other fine organizations, he and Mrs. Hoffmann are supporters of JDRF (the juvenile diabetes research institution), the Boys and Girls Club of Naples, the Everglades Foundation, and the Children's Home & Aid Society. He remains a member of the board of the Naples Children & Education Foundation, a charity for vulnerable families in southwest Florida.

Geoff Hoffmann serves as Co-CEO of Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies). In this capacity Geoff plays a pivotal role in the identification, diligence and structuring of new investments. Geoff oversees the performance of the HF Company portfolio working in parallel with company management to identify and execute growth initiatives. Additionally, he is CEO of portfolio company DHR Global, one of the world's leading executive search and leadership consulting firms. Under his leadership, DHR Global has achieved record setting growth, while receiving numerous accolades including the Inc Best Places to Work Award and Forbes list of Top Recruiting Firms, both for consecutive years. Most recently, the organization was named to the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index.
Geoff serves on the boards of a variety of HF Companies in addition to DHR Global, as well as the boards of JDRF Illinois and YPO Chicago Chapter. In 2022, Geoff and his wife Megan founded Type 1 Timer Hockey, the only nonprofit hockey camp of its type in North America, which brings together and supports type 1 diabetic hockey players from around the world. Geoff's insights and expertise are sought after and he has been featured and quoted in numerous prominent business publications including WSJ Live, Reuters, CBS Market Watch, Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox Business News.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Geoff, his wife Megan, and their four active boys reside in the Chicago suburbs.
Greg Hoffmann launched his career with Osprey Capital, LLC, and has helped the company grow to nearly double in size during his tenure with the firm.
Mr. Hoffmann regularly works with the senior management team of Osprey's Portfolio companies and has driven the acquisitions of over $1billion of product and various real estate purchases.
Greg Graduated with distinguished honors from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Mathematics and has his MBA from Northwestern university's School of Management.
