Allan joined Insight in April 2019 as General Counsel of its leasing division to oversee all day-to-day and corporate legal matters of the company. Prior to Insight, Allan was Vice President and General Counsel of Pacific Rim Capital, Inc. an independent lessor of material handling equipment, where, in addition to managing the Legal Department he had responsibility for the credit department, syndications, funding and human resources.
He has been an active member in the equipment finance industry and is the past Chairman of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association Legal Committee. In 2016, he was named as one of the 25 most influential leasing attorneys by Leasing News, an industry news site. Allan has been married for 23 years and has two sons.

Colleen brings over 25 years of experience in the technology leasing industry. The last 5 of which have been focused on leading the K12 Initiative at Insight Financial Services. As Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the K12 team, Colleen has managed and mentored a team of sales professionals that have a focus on providing solutions for K12 organizations. The team has had tremendous success helping organizations build a sustainable refresh strategy on a predictable budget.

Doug Johnson is an accomplished global executive with more than 25 years of experience leading and growing corporate and asset finance businesses. Prior to joining Insight, Doug worked for Macquarie North America. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President and Division Director, Doug managed the enterprise equipment finance business within the Macquarie Corporate and Asset Finance Division. He was the General Manager for the Canadian business responsible for Sales and Operations. Earlier in his career Doug held management and sales roles at Relational Technology Solutions and Comdisco Canada Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.

John founded Insight Investments Corp. in 1987, and has since served as CEO and Chairman of the Board, providing ongoing operational and financial leadership which has resulted in 30 consecutive years of growth and profitability.
John's leadership style follows the Judea-Christian ethic and focuses on a principled management approach which supports the professional growth of employees and cultivates successful long-term partnerships with customers and vendors. As a seasoned executive with a keen ability to identify early technology trends, he has maintained the flexibility and balance required to advance the business and achieve consistent financial growth.

Mark Goettling brings over 30+ years of experience managing leasing and software companies covering accounting, finance, operations and technology areas. As VP Finance & Operations at El Camino Resources he led a team of 250+ people across accounting, finance, operations, contracts, asset management, billing and collecting.
In addition to 20 years in leasing, Mark founded and led a telecom software, reseller and technology consulting company for over 10 years. Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Accounting and has been married for 33 years with one beautiful daughter.

Scott Sullivan brings more than 25 years of sales and executive management experience, growing and scaling both independent and bank finance companies. As EVP, he is responsible for operational leadership and growth strategy for the Insight Financial Services and Ampil businesses.
Prior to Insight, he spent 13 years with Key Equipment Finance, a division of Key Bank, where he held several roles of increasing responsibly; most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Platform Leader of their $1.2B technology finance division.
Scott's career in the technology financing world started with GE Capital where he spent 8 years in regional and national sales management roles. Scott also spent two years at American Express Business Finance where he launched their office products, technology, and communications financing groups.
Scott is a graduate of Drake University where he was also captain of the football team. He lives in Corona del Mar, California with his wife and two daughters.

As Chief Operating Officer, Sheryn oversees the company's operational infrastructure which includes lease administration, credit, funding, cash application and receivable management. She brings more than 20 years of operational expertise and executive management to the team, working for industry leaders in the financial services, software and entertainment markets.
