Dr Paul Duller

Paul is the Consultancy Director responsible for Information Matters TM. He is an international infomation and records management specialist with over 30 years' experience in this field. His has extensive experience of the oil and gas sector as well as a range of public and private sector organisations. Paul is a chartered scientist by background. He is and accredited member, fellow and previous Chairman of the Information and Records Management Society, of which he is now International Director. He chairs both the Data Management Group of the PESGB, and the Geoscience Information Group of the Geological Society. He also publishes extensively in the field of information, records and knowledge management.

Karen Donegani

Karen has undertaken a wide range of consultancy projects for our clients. She has considerable experience of all aspects of information and knowledge management and information governance. After starting her career in the library world she provided consultancy services to clients in all sectors as Director at Instant Library before providing records management consultancy services to a major retail bank. Karen joined us in 2009 and specialises in working with clients in the Oil and Gas sector.

Mark Newell

Mark joined us in 2001 and now manages the commercial relationships and project delivery in our Managed Services business. This includes core service delivery and projects for key clients in the areas of Oil & Gas, Public Transport, Energy & Utilities, and Pharmaceuticals, specific areas of expertise include Library & Archive Management, CAD administration support, reprographics, scanning, EDRMS and knowledge management. Previously he was Business Development Director for HAYS Information Management Solutions.

Nigel Loadman

Nigel is a Content Management specialist with over 30 years' experience gained in various industry sectors where document control plays a critical role such as Oil Exploration, Pharmaceutical and Rail Engineering. His main area of specialism has been the governance and control of critical documents and records and has written corporate strategies focussing on Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, Information Governance and Digital Asset Management. More recently Nigel has undertaken a number of information health checks and reviews for various oil companies. These reviews map current processes and practices against internationally recognised standards and procedure and enable companies to understand the risks and manage their business critical records effectively. Nigel also leads the Document Control training for the group and has trained a number of oil and gas company staff in Kazakhstan, Malaysia and Colombia.
