Andrew Bowden

Andrew joined the InteriorLAB team equipped with a passion for detail and coordinating highly technical projects. His career started in South Africa as a labourer, where he spent time absorbing knowledge of various trades and processes and quickly progressed into management of various prestigious developments. Andrew's proactive approach means he's able to foresee challenges a project will face, identifying and understanding all the risks he will strategically act to achieve the best and most seamless outcome. Being results-driven and commercially minded, Andrew ensures the project is delivered according to scope, programme, and budget.

Annabel House

Job Titles:
  • Sales Admin
  • Construction Administrator
Annabel is an experienced construction administrator at InteriorLAB, playing a crucial role in the Sales and Pre-Construction Team. Annabel coordinates new business, assists with tender returns and pitch proposals, and facilitates the transition from pre-construction to the delivery team, aiding with site setup and documentation. Alongside the Office Manager, Annabel ensures the company's policies align with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

Chris Pike

Job Titles:
  • Estimator
Chris joined the InteriorLAB team with experience in both commercial and residential estimating, his past projects include ultra-prime houses across the South of England. Chris has successfully transferred all previous skills into the estimating role and has shown a strong determination to achieve. A strong asset to the company, the whole team are grateful for the constant positivity and dedication he brings to the workplace.

Ellie Way

Job Titles:
  • Commercial Manager
Ellie joined the team in 2020 and was promoted to Commercial Manager in 2023 recognising her dedication to managing the finances and procurement of each project. Ellie works alongside the project and finance team ensuring project activities are continuously scheduled and monitored across both pre-construction and construction roles. Ellie is detail-oriented with years of experience and has helped the company gain the accreditation

Fiona Leonard

Job Titles:
  • Financial Controller
Fiona has worked in the financial sector for over twenty years in both plc and SME environments. She brings a broad range of experience and in-depth financial system skills. As our Financial Controller, Fiona has complete responsibility for ensuring our supply chain transactions are seamlessly integrated within our project programmes.

Gary Everson

Job Titles:

Gary Everson is an accomplished Project Manager with years of experience in managing diverse, high-end construction refurbishment projects. This includes high-value rentals, commercial spaces, medical facilities, and listed properties.

Guy Macleod-Henderson

Job Titles:
  • Mechanical Engineer
Guy joined the InteriorLAB team with a wealth of experience in the construction industry and a strong knowledge of technologies, tools and best practices. As a qualified Mechanical Engineer, he works closely with our residential refurbishment team overseeing complex installations. Guy is recognised for his keen ability to problem solve and improve design components, and for always delivering to exceptional standards.

Joe Reed - Chief Commercial Officer

Joe is a Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (TMIET), with over 13 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, on projects as large as £2m. As Group Commercial Director, Joe is responsible for the success of the Construction and Engineering departments, ensuring perfect delivery and promoting high standards of safety, training and quality of delivery across the business.

John Devereux

John's thirty seven year experience within the construction industry gives expert and relatable knowledge that a client and their team needs. John has a wide span of experience working as a Project Manager for a range of high-end residental contractors, delivering a multitude of luxury projects. One of John's strongest skills is his meticulous attention to detail and understanding of design and finishing. John's calm and professional manor enables him to gain the trust of the client and those he is managing, creating a streamline and positive working environment.

Ken Howe

Ken is the most experienced member of our construction delivery team and is the key point of contact for delivering our projects. His detailed understanding of project management, commercial aspects and safety standards is well regarded amongst clients, landlords and sub-contractors.

Kristian Kinnersley - COO

Kristian brings over 25 years of construction industry and board-level experience to our Leadership Team, and a wealth of knowledge ranging from in-situ refurbishments through to large multi-million pound developments. Accomplished at budget preparation, change management, quality standards, process and project delivery strategy, he has comprehensive knowledge of our procedures from end to end, with a ‘hands-on' approach to problem-solving and a motivational management style.

As our Senior Construction Manager, Martin is responsible for evaluating and identifying all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project. Martin is well-respected in the industry and has worked on projects up to £5M. Martin's natural leadership skills, along with his unmatched ability to organise time and workload, make him a valued member of our team.

Oliver Coles

Job Titles:
  • Pre - Contracts Manager
Oliver brings a wealth of joinery and construction experience to our team, skills such as fine detailing knowledge which are ideally suited to his position as Project Manager. Responsible for pre-construction processes and activities, Oliver undertakes detailed site surveys, programme and risk management, and develops the detailed contract sum analysis for our construction teams to build from. Oliver has ACA, ICA and NVQ qualifications, and is experienced in CAD technical design.

Peter Forfar - CEO

Peter has spent the last 23 years in architecture, fit-out and refurbishment, offering expert advice in design and technical planning, commercial and property strategy. Responsible for the management of our growing business, motivating our dedicated team and taking overall accountability for the exceptional delivery of our projects. Using his wide ranging and varied industry experience, Peter has developed a critical eye, understanding that attention to detail is key for a successful design and delivery of InteriorLab projects.
