Aaron Yip is the co-founder and CEO of Issa, a VC-backed software infrastructure platform for immigration and hiring. He was a formerly Silicon Valley executive in software, product and growth, and built and shaped the innovation strategy at Houzz as the Lead Inventor, where he led an AR/VR research lab of 20+ researchers and co-authored the majority of the company's patents and technological breakthroughs that helped reach $400 million funding at a $4 billion valuation.
Brian was previously the Co-Founder and CEO of Divvy Homes (a16z, GIC). In 2014, he and Elpizo Choi started Weave (YCS14). In 2009, he started Decide.com an early machine learning company that predicted the future price of consumer goods. It was acquired by eBay in 2013. In 2005, he was one of the first PMs at Zillow before they launched. Brian has a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Cathy Guo is an ex-founder turned VC with experience across the US, India and SEA. She founded Dunya Labs, a dev tools startup, right after graduating from college. Then she moved from NYC to Bangalore, where she spent 3 years backing founders at the earliest stages as a core team member and Head of Portfolio at Antler India. She is energized by learning about various industries, backing high-impact ventures in emerging markets, and solving problems while cheerleading for founders. Chinmay Chauhan is the co-founder and President of BukuWarung (YC S20), which builds bookkeeping, digital payments, and e-commerce solutions for the 60 million MSMEs in Indonesia. At BukuWarung, Chinmay led product and technology functions, grew the organization to 400 people, and helped raise $80M in funding.
Claire has almost a decade of experience in the financial industry, having worked for a consumer-focused bank. Her main responsibilities were to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and address their concerns by finding solutions to any issues they faced. Claire was known for her resourcefulness in problem-solving. She also assisted a wealth management company in setting up their physical office in Singapore as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, single-handedly.

In 2011, he was a Senior Mobile Applications Developer at Medio which was acquired by Nokia. In 2010, he started a mobile gaming startup called Narble. Francis has a BS in Applied Computational and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington.
Frank is the CEO and cofounder of PrizePool. In 2011, he started LearnSprout, a data analytics solution focused around helping schools make sense of their data to help students. LearnSprout was acquired by Apple in 2015. In 2007, he joined Facebook when it less than 500 people. Frank has a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Economics from the University of Washington.
Gavin is passionate about investing and helping to build great investment firms. Prior to joining Iterative, he was the first hire and Head of Finance & Operations at COTU Ventures, a leading MENA-focused early-stage venture fund. Gavin has worked in Dublin, Dubai and Singapore, with experience spanning VC, PE investing and corporate finance advisory. He holds a BCom from University College Dublin (Ireland), an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield School of Management (UK), and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Ireland).

Prior to Triplebyte, Guillaume was Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at Socialcam (YC W12) with Michael Seibel and Ammon Bartram. Socialcam was acquired by Autodesk for $60M. Before Socialcam, he was an early engineer at Twitch.

In 2021, Ripple purchased a 40% stake in Tranglo for an undisclosed amount. During his time there, Sia was responsible for growing Tranglo's cross-border payment volume to more than USD10 billion as well as Tranglo's payment network globally by developing partnerships and connectivity with 800 financial institutions and MSMEs.
Jessica is the Clinical Innovation and Partnership Strategy Lead at the University of California, San Francisco. She is also an advisor to Berkeley Skydeck. She did her residency and MBA at The John Hopkins University. In 2012, she started a health tech startup called Healtho.
