Dr. Jayafar Moidu is a Serial Entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of JMR Group of Companies, spread across Technology Services, Sports & Coaching, and Digital Platforms.

Naman has over a decade of Experience in Sales, Consulting, Development and Implementation. At JMR, Naman leads the Client engagements, Sales, Pre-Sales and Overall revenue for the Banking Business Unit.
He has experience in Product Development and Support, and in the implementation of various versions of FLEXCUBE, and OBDX. Naman has been part of successful implementations at multiple geographic locations globally.
Naman is also a certified PMP, and Scrum Master with over 100 Oracle certifications across diff technologies/Domains. He is also the recipient of the Leader of the year -2019 @ Asia Leadership Awards by Leadership Federation.
Rajitha has over 22 years of rich and varied experience, largely in Information Technology Management and Human Resources Management.
She has deftly dealt with different facets of IT and HR Operations. She has been in the IT & BFSI industry for over two decades and has held responsible positions in multinational companies like HSBC, Executrain, Informatics and New Horizons.

Sandeep is a senior IT professional, entrepreneur and business leader with over 24 years of experience with proven success in managing delivery of large and complex projects straddling both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. He has good experience in creating new products for emerging markets, managing multi-stakeholder account P&L and competency building.
He comes with wide experience across multiple domains like BFSI, e-Commerce, and Telecom. He possesses deep experience in cutting-edge technologies like AI (Both ML and DL), Big Data and Mobile among others.

As an AI entrepreneur, he created products in the E-Commerce, Video Analytics and Social Analytics domains and brings that expertise into JMR Infotech thru the Aquihire of the AI platform SponPlus.
At JMR Infotech, Sandeep heads the Digital & Enterprise Solutions business and is responsible for developing this vertical as one of the key growth engines for JMR.

Santosh carries 17+ years of experience in providing comprehensive commercial finance and accounting support services to businesses across South East Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. He comes with good exposure in Financials Analysis, financial reporting, governances and compliance system, process improvement and ERP implementations. Before joining JMR, Santosh has diversified professional experience in the manufacturing, IT service, retail business and consulting with companies like the Vectra Group and Infosys.
