Annie Tan

Annie Tan has more than 10 years of HR and training experience who specializes in leadership competencies including change management, performance management, employee relations and interviewing skills. In DBS, she spearheaded the setting up of the SME hotline and led teams to support SME & Wealth customers in the Customer Centre (an award-winning in-house 600 seats Call Centre). As the Head of Onboarding in DBS Learning & Talent Development, she manages a team of HR Executives & Learning Specialists where she was responsible for call centre recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and relations. As the Deputy to the Head of Leadership Institute, Annie successfully designed and facilitated programmes on Leadership, Professional Development, Performance Management and Cultural Development for DBS across the region. She was also part of the curriculum design for the selection and interview programme. Currently, she is a Results-based Certified Coach for individuals who aim to enhance their life, work, and career. She is also working towards her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) status under the International Coach Federation (ICF). She uses a blend of learning & development approaches including assessment tools, role plays and experiential activities which allow participants to learn and apply practical techniques to deal with workplace situations successfully. Annie had worked with many clients in their employee and organisational development journey towards building a well-trained organisation. Fluent in English and Chinese, Annie has delivered programs in Indonesia, Maldives, China, Taiwan, and India. Dr Richard Claydon

Dr Richard Claydon is the Chief Cognitive Officer of EQ Lab, an extended intelligence network focused on the future of leadership, culture, management, employee experience and risk. His research on value-creating behaviours in toxic, rigid, autocratic or strong culture organisational environments has been described as "a touchstone for future work in management and organisation", "outstanding in daring and imagination" and "thinking at the forefront of modern discussion and debate". He designs and teaches the leadership module for Macquarie Business School's world-leading, future-focused Global MBA. He has also designed MBA modules on change and organisational behaviour specifically focused on developing economies in Asia. Alongside his MBA design, Richard has also designed a range of commercial programs, including masterclasses on Psychological Safety in Teams, Collective Intelligence in Teams, The Strategic Future of HR, Complex Adaptive Systems, The Future of Culture and Reimagining Leadership. He regularly designs and teaches bespoke workshops relating to these themes. Through his work on extended intelligence, Richard created the Dialogic Innovation and Learning System (DILS), an online learning methodology that connects ideas and people across the globe in a highly engaging, deep learning environment. Dr. John Ng, has more than 37 years of operational, training and consulting experience in leadership, management, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and project management. Sok Leng is a seasoned and well-rounded finance and business leader, a facilitator and an executive coach. Her passion is in coaching and developing high performance individuals and teams as well as analysing and discovering financial and learning solutions for corporate organisations to grow sustainably. Sok Leng has been instrumental in designing and implementing many Asia wide leadership development solutions, building on her real world experience as an inspirational leader. Sok Leng brings a wealth of experience with over 25 years in finance, business development & operations, environment sustainability and learning & development in MNC, SME & start-up and non-profit (NPO) & non-governmental organisations (NGO). Prior to entering the learning and development industry, she was the Regional CFO for American Express in Japan/Asia Pacific/Australia (JAPA) and was a key member of the executive leadership team and provided extensive financial advice on the business strategies, new business opportunities, and major projects and third party alliances.
