Bill Fanelli

Education: University of Michigan, M.S. in Occupational Health University of Michigan, B.S. in Microbiology Bill Fanelli is a recently retired Eli Lilly Corporate manager and consultant, who specialized in organizational and leadership development. He created and delivered Lilly's Global Leadership Development Program, from which over 400 high-potential leaders graduated. He designed and taught a Leadership Academy for emerging leaders in the business Lilly USA the business unit of Eli Lilly in the USA. He is an innovative strategic thinker who is noted for his ability to help individuals and organizations manage culture change. Bill is certified to coach leaders using several Stephen Covey tools- 4 Disciplines of Execution process, Six Critical Practices of Leading a Team, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He has a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Michigan and a Masters' Degree in Occupational Health from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health. He is an active community volunteer and is the recipient of numerous awards.

Dr. Sallie Suby-Long

She has over twenty-eight years of experience in individual, organizational and community leadership development and extensive skills in designing and directing comprehensive educational programs. Sallie creates and implements customized leadership and development experiences for clients nationally including nonprofit agencies, educational institutions, faith communities and businesses. Sallie is passionate about education and brings experience in faculty and management positions at Willamette University, Washington State University, and Lewis and Clark College. She was President and Co-Owner of Leadership Innovations Group, Inc., a leadership education and consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. In addition, Sallie directed education initiatives for Girls Count, a Denver-based organization focused on enhancing girls' and women's educational and career achievement. Sallie completed her doctoral work in Education with an emphasis in Leadership and Psychology. Her primary research interests are women's development and transformational learning. Sallie is also an ordained minister and serves as Director of Counseling & Spiritual Formation at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Sallie lives in Colorado with her husband and three daughters.

Irma Tyler-Wood - Founder

Education: Ball State University, B.A in American History Harvard Law School, J.D Irma Tyler-Wood is a retired Principal and co-founder of Ki ThoughtBridge®, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership development, negotiation, change management and conflict resolution. Prior to founding Ki ThoughtBridge®, Ms. Tyler-Wood was a partner in CMI, the firm started by her former law Professor, Roger Fisher. While a student at Harvard Law School, she worked as a negotiation Teaching Fellow with Roger Fisher and served as the Assistant Director of the Conflict Clinic at the Harvard Negotiation Project. Ms. Tyler-Wood consults nationally and internationally with corporate, government, and other public sector clients in negotiation training and resolving complex, high stakes disputes. She has advised and trained corporate and government clients to enable them to implement major change initiatives, resolve complex multi-party disputes, and create, enhance, and/or repair strategic business relationships. In a decade of experience in this field, some of the organizations with which Ms. Tyler-Wood has worked include, the American Medical Association, Harvard Graduate School of Education, IBM, VMware, The American Association of Medical Society Executives, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, AT&T, Con Edison, National Arthritis Foundation, Smith College, and the Montgomery County Schools.

James B. Lemler

James B. Lemler is a leadership consultant and educator in professional, corporate, educational, religious, and philanthropic settings. He is the author of articles and books on leadership education and organizational development and change and has been a presenter and speaker for conferences and smaller gatherings. A Senior Associate for Ki ThoughtBridge, he has also served in that role for Trustee Leadership Development and as a facilitator and educator for the Center for Courage and Renewal. Educated at DePauw University, the University of Oxford, Nashotah House Episcopal Seminary, and Christian Theological Seminary, Dr. Lemler has offered consultation in the fields of leadership, education, negotiation, organizational development, and philanthropy nationally and internationally. He has been a consultant to the Lilly Endowment, Inc and is the President of the Allen Whitehill Clowes Charitable Foundation. An ordained clergyman of the Episcopal Church, Dr. Lemler has served in a variety of congregational settings and is the Rector of Christ Church Greenwich in Greenwich, Connecticut. As an educator he has been the President of St. Richard's School in Indianapolis, Dean and President of Seabury-Western Theological Seminary and its Seabury Institute in Evanston, Illinois, and as President of the Association of Chicago Theological Schools. He has had a founding role in educational and service organizations including most recently Greenwich's Conversations on Faith and Courage.

Joanna M. Murray

Joanna Murray's career is distinguished by her success in building successful organizations, leading high-performing teams and developing authentic executive leaders within diverse corporate, non-profit and educational settings. Recognized as a strategic thinker, an effective change agent, and an inspiring coach, Ms. Murray has artfully moved several organizations from good to verifiable excellence. She has earned a reputation for her creative problem solving, strategic agility, and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external clients by gaining their trust and respect. Ms. Murray is a former Founding Partner with Ki ThoughtBridge, where she provided client support in the areas of leadership development, post merger integration, change management and the resolution of conflict. Working within Fortune 500 companies and national non-profit organizations Ms. Murray developed constructive and effective consulting and coaching relationships and demonstrated her ability as a versatile learner who can quickly translate complex problems and discern clear, actionable, solutions for her clients. Most recently Ms. Murray served as the Senior Vice President for Community Impact with the United Way of the Midlands in Omaha, Nebraska. Her additional experience includes, serving as the President and CEO of the Leadership Investment, in Denver, Colorado, and Vice President for Trustee Leadership Development, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was also the founding Executive Director of the Metro Denver Chamber Leadership Foundation in Denver, Colorado. Prior to her roles in the nonprofit and business sector, Ms. Murray worked in higher education, including five years as the Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Denver. Her diverse leadership experience allows Ms. Murray to offer a range of consulting services to her clients including the development strategic plans, leadership formation and coaching, conflict resolution, and coalition building. Ms. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in English and Sociology, and a Masters of Science in Education with an emphasis in Organizational Development.

Ball State University Master's in Social Work Indiana University Katherine is the Principal of Ki ThoughtBridge, LLC, a company that is known for its integrated approach to the development of individual and organizational leadership that increases adaptive capacity, efficacy, and resilience. She has developed and led numerous leadership programs, trainings, and workshops for educational institutions, philanthropic organizations, and businesses. Katherine is a board member of Women4Change and chairs the Civic Education Committee. She is a co-creator and facilitator of the "Civics, Civility and Consensus" a series of community conversations, and led the development of a series of educational videos on the Constitution. Katherine is the recipient of numerous awards for her professional work and community leadership. Among them are the National Association of Community Leadership Award, The Hoosier Heritage Lifetime Achievement Award; the Sagamore of the Wabash the highest award given by the Governor for outstanding community contribution and service.
