Mr. Asheesh Kumar Sharma is a result-oriented professional with more than 18 years of experience and has worked in various capacities with prominent organizations as a Management Representative, Director of Operations and Finance, and has joined us as Director- Projects, Khaitan Education Centre.
He has played a leading role in establishing, launching, and branding schools in India and abroad and has turned them into successful institutions.
He started his journey with Delhi Public School, Indirapuram (Ghaziabad), as a Management Representative - Head of Administration. He moved ahead to establish G.D.Goenka Public School, Raj Nagar Extension (Ghaziabad), where he worked as Director of Operations and Finance.
He also worked for Dubai Ambassador Schools (UAE) as a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and helped the school to obtain accreditation from Quality Control of India (OCI, India) as *NABET Coordinator.
Gaursons India Pvt. Ltd. (GAURS) was his latest venture as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gaurs Group of Schools, and has been instrumental in developing their Education Vertical (chain of schools) and has successfully established their 1st School in 2015 as Gaurs International School in Noida West which is running successfully with 3800+ students. Furthermore, in 2019 he has launched Guar's 2nd School at Yamuna City, Taj Expressway.

Ms. Peggy Sood is an American who has made her home in India, married into an Indian family for over 50 years. In addition to teaching Middle School English and Social Studies at the Shreyas School, Ahmedabad, for 1.5 years, she taught lower primary classes in New Delhi at the British School for 3 years and then for 13 years at the American Embassy School, New Delhi.
She then served as Vice Principal for the Elementary School there for 18 years Since her retirement 5 years ago, she has been an educational consultant for schools in Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore and Mumbai. Her special area is literacy for which she creates curricular outlines, phonics programs and lesson plans to support innovation and expansion of learning opportunities. Her workshops for teachers include strategies for teaching reading and writing and classroom management.
She also conducts workshops for parents on reading and the role of play in a child's development. Ms. Sood holds a B.Sc. in Education from the State University of New York, cum laude, an M.A. in Indian History from the American University, Washington, D.C. and an M. She has worked in journalism (Newsweek, N.Y.), on social research with the Educational Resources Centre, New Delhi, and co-written some books on Indian military history. Her passion remains teaching and learning and she views the classroom as the window on the future of the nation.
