Less than 200 individuals in the United States have acquired this combination of credentials and he has applied this knowledge to numerous complex legal, medical, and technological issues for businesses and individuals. Dr. Mitchell has experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, managing patent portfolios, prior art searches, trademarks, trade secrets and patent drafting . He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, and to address any Patent issues before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Attorney Lionel A. Bryan brings over 30 years of experience in the Music industry to the practice of Entertainment and Transactional law. As a musician, he studied with Jazz artists Anthony Braxton, Jack Petersen, and Barry Greene, As a recording artist and performer, he has shared stages with George Clinton and the P-Funk All-Stars and The Wailers.
