Alissia De Grazia is a Paralegal at Levy Salis LLP. Catherine has accumulated nearly 23 years of experience in tax law. She has developed a broad expertise in corporate and personal taxation through a wide variety of mandates in corporate and personal tax planning, wills, estates and philanthropic planning, as well as commercial transactions.
In addition to having worked for a prominent Montreal law firm for more than 18 years, Catherine has nearly 5 years of experience in an accounting firm, notably with a national firm where she practiced taxation before joining our team in January 2022.
As a notary with a passion for her field of practice, she has developed an expertise as well as a holistic and integrated approach to taxation. While being able to cover the broad-ranging tax aspects of our clients' affairs, she offers guidance in finding a personalized solution that reflects their overall situation and needs.

Francis Hally is an associate with Levy Salis LLP and is a member of the Barreau du Québec. Prior to joining Levy Salis LLP, he practiced as an associate for a national Canadian law firm and as a tax manager for two Big Four accounting firms.
Francis' practice is dedicated to advising Canadian and non-resident taxpayers on Canadian tax matters. As such, he provides corporate, partnership and trust planning for high-net-worth individuals, owner-managers and their businesses, both domestic and international. Francis has been involved in corporate reorganizations, structuring of investments and businesses, purchases and sales of businesses and real estate, estate planning, immigration and emigration, and non-profit organizations and charities. He also assists taxpayers with their cross-border needs.

Jeffrey Feinberg is Of Counsel to Levy Salis LLP and Managing Partner of the Florida law firm Feinberg & Maidenbaum. Mr. Feinberg practices primarily in Florida real estate transactions, title insurance matters and FIRPTA (Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act) compliance matters.
Mr. Feinberg graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1978 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.). He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in 1970.
Since 1979, Mr. Feinberg is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is also licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Jennifer Chetrit is the Chief Operating Officer of Levy Salis LLP. Working out of our Montreal office, she is responsible for the overall operations of the firm, including finance, IT and HR.
Mrs. Chetrit completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance (with Honours) at the Sy Syms School of Business of Yeshiva University in New York City. She subsequently oriented her career towards accounting. Mrs. Chetrit completed studies in accounting at the HEC Montreal and worked as a US tax consultant for Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton.
Jocelyn Caron is a Senior Paralegal at Levy Salis LLP. He previously practiced as a Quebec notary, specializing in real estate, estate planning, estate settlement and corporate law, before moving on to pursue other opportunities. Jocelyn also worked as an in house paralegal for a corporation specialized in the movie and television business. Mr. Caron joined Levy Salis in September of 2022 to contribute to the firm with his considerable experience and knowledge in the fields of estate planning, estate settlement, non-contentious proceedings and real estate.
Mr. Caron obtained a Bachelor degree in Economics (B.Sc.) from the University of Montreal in 2000, his Bachelor degree of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Montreal in 2003 and obtained a post-graduate Diploma of Notarial Law (D.D.N.) from the same university in 2004.

Prior to joining Levy Salis LLP, he was a partner at a national Canadian law firm with over 500 lawyers and legal counsel for two Canada's largest financial institutions. As a recognized trust and estate practitioner, Mr. Kevorkian closely collaborates with industry leading experts in the field to provide high level wealth management services. In recognition of his expertise, he was appointed as an auditor for one of the largest trust companies in Canada.
His practice is dedicated to will and estate planning, the settlement of estates, and non-contentious proceedings for the probate of wills, the homologation of protection mandates and the institution of protective supervision. He brings his deep and considerable breadth of knowledge to quickly identify a client's needs, propose a number of internal and external solutions, and implement or assist in the implementation of these solutions.
Mr. Kevorkian is a widely sought after speaker for conferences on trusts and estates and family law. He obtained his Licentiate (Bachelor) of Laws (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and obtained a post-graduate Diploma of Notarial Law (D.D.N.) from the University of Montreal in 1994.

Richard P. Salis is a Partner at Levy Salis LLP. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Quebec Chambre des Notaires. Prior to co-founding Levy Salis LLP, he worked as a Quebec notary specialized in estate planning, estate settlement, and real estate transactions. Before becoming a Quebec notary, Mr. Salis was a member of the Quebec Bar and practiced in the areas of civil litigation, corporate law, real estate law, and Quebec estates ("successions" under Quebec law).
His practice focuses on tax and estate planning matters for individuals and families, the settlement of estates, the institution of regimes of protective supervision for incapacitated persons, the homologation of protection mandates in anticipation of incapacity, and Quebec residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to working directly with clients, he also works with financial professionals to assist their clients with their estate planning needs.
Mr. Salis is often invited to speak at conferences on issues in Quebec estate planning and the settlement of Quebec estates. Scott LaBove is an associate at Levy Salis LLP and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. His practice focuses on US and Canadian tax law and estate planning. Scott is currently completing Year 2 of CPA Canada's In-Depth tax program.
Originally from New Jersey, Scott obtained his bachelor's degree with honours from the University of Chicago, where he made the Dean's List all academic years and was a member of the Trott business program. Scott earned his civil and common law degrees (B.C.L./J.D.) from McGill University's Faculty of Law. Scott has knowledge of, and degrees of fluency or proficiency in, a number of foreign languages, including French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian and Turkish.

Shlomi Steve Levy is a Partner of Levy Salis LLP and is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Law Society of Ontario, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and the Canadian Bar Association. He was the co-founder of one of the leading cross border tax and estate planning law firms in Canada prior to founding Levy Salis LLP. His practice is dedicated to US and Canadian tax and estate planning for individuals and corporations, Canadians doing business in the United States, US real estate transactions for Canadians, Americans living in Canada, domestic and international trusts, international taxation, corporate law, and cryptocurrency transactions.
He is frequently invited as a speaker throughout North America for conferences on cross border tax and estate planning questions. Prior to joining Levy Salis LLP, Mr. Feinberg was a trial attorney at the Office of the Public Defender, 15 th Judicial Circuit.
