Catherine has accumulated nearly 23 years of experience in tax law. She has developed a broad expertise in corporate and personal taxation through a wide variety of mandates in corporate and personal tax planning, wills, estates and philanthropic planning, as well as commercial transactions. In addition to having worked for a prominent Montreal law firm for more than 18 years, Catherine has nearly 5 years of experience in an accounting firm, notably with a national firm where she practiced taxation before joining our team in January 2022. As a notary with a passion for her field of practice, she has developed an expertise as well as a holistic and integrated approach to taxation. While being able to cover the broad-ranging tax aspects of our clients' affairs, she offers guidance in finding a personalized solution that reflects their overall situation and needs. Francis' practice is dedicated to advising Canadian and non-resident taxpayers on Canadian tax matters. Jeffrey Feinberg is Of Counsel to Levy Salis LLP and Managing Partner of the Florida law firm Feinberg & Maidenbaum. Mr. Feinberg practices primarily in Florida real estate transactions, title insurance matters and FIRPTA (Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act) compliance matters. Jennifer Chetrit is the Chief Operating Officer of Levy Salis LLP. Working out of our Montreal office, she is responsible for the overall operations of the firm, including finance, IT and HR. Mrs. Chetrit completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance (with Honours) at the Sy Syms School of Business of Yeshiva University in New York City. She subsequently oriented her career towards accounting. Mrs. Chetrit completed studies in accounting at the HEC Montreal and worked as a US tax consultant for Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton.

Jocelyn Caron

Jocelyn Caron is a Senior Paralegal at Levy Salis LLP. He previously practiced as a Quebec notary, specializing in real estate, estate planning, estate settlement and corporate law, before moving on to pursue other opportunities. Jocelyn also worked as an in house paralegal for a corporation specialized in the movie and television business. Mr. Caron joined Levy Salis in September of 2022 to contribute to the firm with his considerable experience and knowledge in the fields of estate planning, estate settlement, non-contentious proceedings and real estate.
