Provost Dr. Lisa Springer leads LIM College's Academic Affairs unit, serving as our Chief Academic Officer, as well as advisor to the President on curriculum, faculty, and attainment of academic and teaching excellence.
During her tenure as provost, she has led curricular transformation to increase relevance, flexibility, and inclusion, highlighted faculty input in online course development and teaching, and launched new programs, including a two-year completion degree in the Business of Fashion. Her priorities are keeping students at the center of all that we do, creating a culture of innovation and collaboration, and a sense of belonging among all constituents at the College.
Prior to joining LIM College in 2018, Provost Springer was Associate Dean at the NYU School of Professional Studies, where she led the Division of Languages and Humanities.

Elizabeth S. Marcuse became President of LIM College in 2002, after coming onboard as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer the previous year. Representing the third generation of dedicated Marcuse family leadership, President Marcuse spent nearly two decades building a successful career in fashion retailing and apparel manufacturing prior to joining LIM.
President Marcuse's extensive fashion industry experience includes serving as the Director of Retail Planning for the Donna Karan Company and Director of Retail Planning for childrenswear manufacturer Mamiye Sales, Inc. President Marcuse also held buying positions at companies including Montgomery Ward, The Limited, Inc. (Lane Bryant), and Macy's, where she began her career in the Executive Training Program.
Throughout her tenure, President Marcuse has led LIM College through a period of incredible strategic growth and achievement. Most notably, she has overseen LIM's ascension to become a master's degree-granting institution, expanded the College's range of degree offerings, and worked to ensure that the student body is both ethnically and geographically diverse.
President Marcuse is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Proprietary Colleges (APC), where she is an active advocate for higher education issues on both the state and federal levels. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Fashion Group International and is a member of the Women's Forum of New York, an organization dedicated to the advancement of women's leadership.
In 2014, President Marcuse received an honorary Doctor of Commercial Science degree in recognition of her significant contributions to the advancement of education in the business of fashion, and in 2018 she received BRAG's Fashion Leadership Award for her outstanding accomplishments in education and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Over the course of three decades in the apparel industry, Ms. Nardin held positions in buying, merchandising, and sales at companies that included Federated Department Stores, May Department Stores, and Energie Sportswear for Jones New York, where she served as Vice President of Development and Production.
Now, as Senior Vice President for External Relations & Alumni Affairs, Ms. Nardin's focus is on developing relationships with industry partners, academic institutions, and alumni to increase LIM College's global footprint, support students' educational experience, and provide alumni with opportunities for continued career development.
Ms. Nardin has led several successful initiatives to integrate internal and external constituents across the College community. These include the re-establishment of the Alumni Association and the creation of an alumni leadership body; student/alumni mentoring programs; programs for students' parents and families; and partnerships with professional organizations (including the Underfashion Club and BRAG) whose mission is to educate the next generation of fashion business leaders. These relationships have provided LIM students with opportunities to participate in professional workshops, conferences, and networking programs, interact with industry innovators, and obtain scholarships, internships, and permanent positions after graduation.

The Board of Directors is the governing body of LIM College and establishes the basic policies that set the course of LIM College. The Board is responsible for the performance of the institution, in all of its aspects and has the fiduciary responsibility for LIM College's financial performance. Composed of a maximum of eleven members, the Board meets quarterly at LIM College and participates in commencement each May.

Michael Donohue has more than two decades of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration and is skilled at streamlining processes and procedures as they relate to that field. Previous positions he has held include Assistant Controller at the American University of Beirut, Budget Analyst for the United States Military Academy at West Point and Budget Assistant for the Army Athletic Association.
Since his arrival at LIM College, Mr. Donohue has played a key role in the institution's strategic growth, helping to ensure the College has the optimal faculty, staff and facilities in place to support student success.
Mr. Donohue has extensive knowledge in the areas of accounting, student accounts, financial aid, human resources, information technology, and facilities management and maintains active memberships in several professional organizations including the National Association of College and University Business Officers, the Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers, the Society for College and University Planning, Educause, and APPA.
