Brian Anderson - Chief Compliance Officer

Brian Anderson has worked in the retirement services field for over 12 years and currently holds QKA and QPA credentials from The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. During his career he's worked for The Standard Insurance Company, Nationwide Retirement Services and now Life, Inc. Retirement Services. He specializes in compliance of retirement plans and has experience with anything from smaller startups to larger companies with thousands of employees. Exceling in this area, he's mentored and trained employees as well as administered the largest plan on his team (>$150 M). Along with his years of experience he's excited to bring his detail-oriented, customer driven approach to the Life, Inc. team. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking or taking on fixer upper projects around the house, sometimes willingly.

Matt Ruttenberg

Matt lives in sunny Southwest Florida with his wife and two young daughters where you can find find him boating or beachin' it. Along with being a die hard Cleveland Browns fan, he's a third generation financial expert who has been in the industry 15+ years. As a former owner of a financial planning firm, Matt understands the intricacies of personal finance. This knowledge helps in his role as Director of Participant Education. He is also the winner of the NAPA Young Guns Award for being one of the top 50 under 40 and representing the state of Florida in his leadership in the retirement plan space. Matt has made it his mission to deliver a solution for everyone to reach financial independence by challenging small businesses to offer a retirement plan to their employees.

Ryan Neff - President

Ryan has 8 years of experience with 401(k) Administration, Investment Advisory, and Fiduciary Consulting and Training. During the course of Ryan's career, he worked for JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Financial Services, and PNC Bank. Ultimately, he identified opportunities to better serve businesses in an advisory and more efficient manner, therefore, he launched life Inc. Retirement Services in 2014.
