MAPP - Key Persons
Ben Minard is one of the principals/co-owners of MaPP Investment Service. Upon graduating from Ashland University he became a financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments in Marion, Ohio. After working with Edward Jones Investments for roughly three years, he helped start MaPP Investment Services, LLC. Ben is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist® and takes great value in the trusting relationships he builds when helping people meet their financial goals. He also owns a baseball player development company in town called First Strike Player Development, as he played baseball while attending Ashland.
Ben currently lives in Dover with his wife Brittany, son Declan, and daughter Brielle.
Brian Proctor is an investment advisor representative. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary®(AIF®) designations. Brian has twenty-two years of experience in the financial services industry; of which thirteen is with Pipes Insurance Service Ltd. Brian is one of the principals/co-owners of MaPP Investment Service. In 1999, Brian graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in business communications. He started his career at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in their #1 rated internship program. Brian is a highly qualified advisor who is ready to help clients fulfill the purpose of their money.
Brian lives in New Philadelphia with his wife Jackie, his sons Daniel and Mark, and his daughter Piper Grace.

Caleb Velleca Caleb Velleca is an Investment Advisor Representative for the MaPP team. Caleb received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Ohio University, and his MBA from Walsh University.
Prior to joining MaPP Investment Service, Caleb worked for PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, and Cooper Standard Automotive in New Philadelphia. Caleb lives in New Philadelphia with his wife Tiffany, and their two sons.
Olivia Ward offers support as an administrative assistant at MaPP Investment Service. She graduated from Hiland High School and has spent time in missions work and serving as a leader in a local church for 4 years. Olivia joined MaPP in December 2021 and enjoys servicing accounts and life insurance policies, as well as offering support to both the advisors and clients.

Rachelle Applin is an administrative assistant of MaPP Investment Service. A graduate of Faith Christian Academy, Rachelle joined MaPP in July 2013. With previous experience in sales support, Rachelle brings valuable administrative and servicing skills into the firm. Since her employment with MaPP, she has completed her Life & Health Insurance licensing and has also been appointed a notary public.
Rachelle lives in Dover with her husband Dane, her daughters River and Isla, and her dog Lady.
