Operations are led by Mark Joffe. Mark has been in the adventure industry since 1991 and worked globally on rivers and for adventure companies. Some of the highlights include working as manager for Shearwater Adventures rafting operations on the Zambezi river 1995 - 1997. He has also guided and managed companies in Australia, Morocco, and Ecuador, as well as throughout the United States. He has managed events and filming in Morocco, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador and South Africa. Mark is currently based in Boise, Idaho... Rapidpulse provides professional, cost effective medical and safety services for film and television productions, extreme events and government agencies.
