My Career of Communications and Negotiations has been a span of 33 years. Negotiating with the public in various capacities of conflict resolution or in the corporate forum with financial dealings. I have the qualities and characteristics with diverse skills and techniques for compromise and mutual agreements... Beginning with my career with the "Department of National Defence of Canada". My education and training in Leadership, Communications and Negotiations groomed my future... Mediator - Chad St. Aiden provides Mediation, Legal Services, Negotiations, and has been trained at Harvard University Law School - Program on Negotiation
