MEADOWLANDS ESTATE

Meadowlands Estate Limited ("MEL") has made a planning application to the Vale of Glamorgan Council to build 9 low-energy/energy-free homes for LOCAL people... MEL has been working on this scheme for some years, and the beginnings of this development came in 2017 when during discussions with local people it emerged that there was a desperate need for low-cost housing for local people.
