Ms. Sofia Firdous is the Director of Metro Group and has a degree in Leadership Management from Leadership Management International in the USA. She is a next-generation entrepreneur who has been leading the business to new heights. Ms. Sofia is responsible for multiple aspects of the business including operations, management, marketing, and overall growth. She is dedicated to her work and plays a key role in the Business Development and Corporate Communications of the company. Additionally, Sofia serves as the President of Bhubaneswar CREDAI for the years 2023-25. She has become the first woman to lead a city or a state chapter in CREDAI. She is also leading the Skill Committee and is the CWW East Zone Coordinator at CREDAI, from 2022 to 2025. She holds other diverse roles, including membership in CREDAI's National Skill, Sustainable & RERA Committee, Co-Chair at CII-Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Bhubaneswar Chapter, and membership in CII, IWN Odisha. She is a Core Committee Member of ICC and IWEC Odisha, alongside being a Member of FICCI FLO Odisha.
