A Calhoun County native, Bill attended University of Alabama where he earned his undergraduate degree. After graduating from the Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, he returned to Anniston to start his law practice.
Though a successful litigator, in recent years Bill has turned to assisting clients with different types of matters: estate planning, Veteran's benefits, Medicaid eligibility, long-term care planning, and planning for those with special needs.
Due to his interest in helping senior citizens and their loved ones, he joined the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and is a VA accredited attorney. In addition to his membership in Alabama State Bar, Bill has served as president of the Calhoun County Bar Association.
To stay in touch with his community, Bill assists local charities and is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Anniston. Bill and his wife, Kelly have 5 children and are members of the Church of the Highlands. In his free time, Bill enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, reading and spending time with his family.
Brittany Ball Miller is a native of Dothan, AL and currently lives in Anniston, Alabama. Brittany graduated from Faulkner University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She attended law school classes while working full time at the office of Alexander Shunnarah Injury Lawyers and then Reli Title Company in Birmingham. She graduated Birmingham School of Law in December of 2021 and passed the bar in February of 2022.
Brittany took some time to be home with her newborn son Brooks in November, before being hired as the attorney for the Hoover branch of Reli Title. Brittany joined her husband, Judson, and father-in-law, Bill, at Miller Estate and Elder Law in September of 2023 and is very active in local community events. She enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
Judson Miller was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended Spain Park High School and graduated in 2012. Judson attended the University of Alabama where he received his bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2016. Judson enrolled at Birmingham School of Law where he attended night classes while working at Alexander Shunnarah Injury Lawyers. Upon his graduation in May 2020, Judson left his job at Alexander Shunnarah Injury Lawyers to prepare for the bar exam. Upon passing the bar exam in July 2020, Judson joined his father, Bill Miller, at Miller Estate and Elder Law.
Judson has two German Shepherds named Callie and Bronx. Judson met his wife, Brittany, in law school while working at Shunnarah. He proposed to her in December 2020, they married in October 2021, and just welcomed a son named Brooks. Judson enjoys playing golf, watching Alabama football, and playing with his dogs.
