I've been in the industry for twenty plus years now - starting as a web designer and developer, then digital marketing designer, digital product designer, and now as a user experience designer... Currently, I am the Director of UX at UpTop and UpTop Health, a UX design and development agency focused on creating effortless digital experiences.
