Jared is the newest member of the Momentum team! He has seven years of customer service experience and two years of marketing management experience. A recent graduate from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Marketing, Jared is a creative, caring, and diligent worker. Jared enjoys exploring local hiking and biking trails, working on restoration projects, and spending time with his fiancée Lindsey and their cats Lady and Winston.
As the Chief Operating Officer at Momentum Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., Michael lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients. He has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries, including account operations, contracting, and regional supervision. Michael has a strong background in accounting and finance, with an MBA from Rice Jones School of Business and a BA and a BS from Rice University and Stanford University respectively. He has developed and honed skills in management, customer relationship management, and project management, which enable him to oversee and optimize the performance of our teams and processes. Michael is very passionate about creating value and impact for our customers, partners, and stakeholders, and strives to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence at Momentum. He is always excited to leverage his expertise and competencies to support the company's mission of providing comprehensive and customized insurance and financial solutions to individuals and businesses.

Sarah is a skilled communicator and hard worker who is enthusiastically committed to helping every client. She has worked in the insurance industry for three years and has nine years of customer service experience. In January 2023, she joined the Momentum team as a customer service representative, where she excels in helping clients resolve any issue or updates to their policies. Sarah is a talented artist who attended the Santa Fe University of Art and Design, she loves to display her work in local art shows. Sarah and her partner Robert love doing karaoke and spending time with their two dogs and two cats - Chevy, Jojo, Finn, and Sorcha.
Stephany Sosa has nine years of experience in the administrative field, ten years of customer service experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. She approaches every situation with her positive, passionate, and hard-working mindset. Stephany is our administrative manager; she oversees our daily office operations and ensures everyone she encounters walks away happier. For the last three years, to the delight of our customers, she is the first voice clients hear when they call Momentum. Outside the office, Stephany enjoys spending time with her goofy Mini Australian Shepard Rai and discovering new places around The Woodlands and the Greater Houston Area.
