A California girl by birth, Amy Howard grew up going to Disneyland. She has been responsible for planning clients Disney World vacations for Ears Of Experience since 2011. In addition, she is educating our agents on the ins and outs of Disney World travel planning. Amy lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with her husband and two teenage kids.
Amy lives the lyrics in Cinderella's song. "If you keep on believing, the dream you wish will come true." Her duties now at Ears of Experience extend to all areas but her job is really to foster the positive community that is Ears of Experience. Her primary job now is assisting agents with growing their business and overseeing the overall vision and future of the company. Amy lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with her two teenage daughters.
Amy Westerman truly is Ears of Experience. In 2009, after booking hundreds of dream Disney vacations, including honeymoons, journeys to worldwide theme parks, and vacations on Disney Cruise Line® ships, Amy decided to marry her travel industry expertise with her passion for Disney, and Ears of Experience was born.
A lover of all things Disney, Amy Westerman and the Ears of Experience team are committed to creating a magical and stress-free Disney vacation for every client. Using the most updated and accurate information available, they plan each customized Disney vacation based on experience. The team continues to take the same trips to Disney they recommend to their clients.
Amy and her team's extensive knowledge of Disney destinations spans over 30 years. The Ears of Experiences team regularly visits Disney parks and cruises. They also work closely with a dedicated team of researchers. Our team and researchers have infants, older kids, children with special needs, and are military members who all provide invaluable input into creating a magical Disney vacation for our clients.
A true family business, Amy Westerman and the team take pride in providing personalized service to their clients throughout their trips to Disney. Her daughters, Natalie and Marin, are the Kid Experts who make sure kids know where the best rides, attractions, and food are -from the Walt Disney World® Resort to Disney Cruise Line® Ships and everywhere in between Mickey's ears.
Bree tries to keep her expertise behind the scenes at Ears of Experience. She assists the agents with keeping their training up to date and supplies in their hands. When Bree is not shipping supplies or putting together client packets she is enjoying life with her husband and two cats. She loves a good adventure and iced coffee.
As Director of Sales, Cody spends half of his time helping clients find the perfect accommodations for their Disney vacation and the other half supporting our outside travel advisors. When prospective families contact our main office for assistance with their Disney vacation, Cody is their first point of contact. In addition, when new travel advisors join Ears of Experience's Outside Agent program, Cody puts his education degree to work to train our agents through the selling process. Residing in the South Carolina upstate, he is a cherished member of the EOE team.

She loves to travel and plan events...two skills that are perfect for helping Ears agents grow. Elizabeth supports agents in the daily functions of their business. She sprinkles a little pixie dust and waves her magic wand to get it all done. Elizabeth lives in Mount Pleasant, SC. When she is not in the office, you can find her in the pool or at the beach with her husband and two children.

- Director of Park Planning and Logistics
Heather creates, maintains, and sprinkles "pixie dust" on the park plans and the famous Ears Tips and Tricks. She makes sure our clients and agents always have the most up to date information to maneuver through the parks, enjoy more rides, and avoid long waits. She also assists in training new agents on how to create client documents. Heather also works as an EOE outside agent and lives in Valdosta, GA with her husband and two Shetland Sheepdogs.

Jessica is half EOE agent and half invoice connoisseur. One of the main features of working with EOE is that we take care of all invoicing for our agents. Jessica handles this massive responsibility with a smile. Jessica lives in the beautiful Northern MI city of Traverse City. She has been traveling to the Magic since 1990 and participated in the Disney College Program in 2004-2005. Jessica loves being part of the EOE team and cannot wait to see what the future holds for the company.

Kristin has been with EOE the longest of these amazing team members and keeps all those amazing photos rolling in. When we need something creative, Kristin is the one we call.
