Montgomery Sky Farm is a 50-acre working farm located in Leicester, North Carolina, founded by Executive Chef Taylor Montgomery and his wife, Fran. Chef Taylor, with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, brings a unique perspective to the farm, merging his fine dining expertise with a strong commitment to sustainable farming practices. Established in 2018, the farm is dedicated to preserving heirloom and endangered seed species, promoting biodiversity, and practicing responsible agriculture. The farm is also the headquarters for Final Run Rescue 501c3, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving neglected animals a second chance at life in permanent, loving homes...
