Alan grew up in Orlando as a talented swimmer and swam competitively at the high school, college, and national level. He made the move to South Florida to attend FAU, where he made his athletic mark becoming one of the Men's Swimming/Dive team captains in his junior and senior year.

Background:
Danielle grew up in a rural town 35 minutes outside of Buffalo, NY, in Western New York State. Upon graduating college she became a Sales Manager at a hotel booking weddings, meetings, conferences, family reunions, and anything else that required a meeting/banquet room. In 2012 she was ready to escape the snow and cold and relocated to Charlotte, NC. She loved the experience she had in the Carolinas, but in 2014 she relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area for new opportunities and has fallen in love with Florida. Her most recent position was a Sales Representative for a motorcoach company booking transportation for college athletic teams, churches, and other large groups in need of transportation.

Born in Central Florida, Debbie worked at NASA's Kennedy Space Center until 1989 when she moved to South Florida to pursue a career in communications. Debbie spent nearly 10 years managing a wide scope of communications, public relations and marketing/promotions programs, including serving as a spokesperson for the AutoNation USA megastores. Debbie joined MSI Consulting in 2001 and is responsible for client development, management and recruiting efforts. She has volunteered her time with Kids in Distress, Take Stock in Children, and Gilda's Club.
Background:
Jocelyn grew up in Enfield, Connecticut, dancing for 18 years and playing field hockey in high school. She went to UMass, Amherst to pursue her B.S. in Resource Economics with a concentration in Marketing. After graduation, Jocelyn moved to NYC for 4 years to work for FOX Sports in Advertising Sales. She recently moved to South Florida to be close to the beach and her family. Jocelyn is loving life here in Florida.
Background:
The son of a US Naval Officer and the oldest of six, Jody traveled extensively and lived overseas during his youth. He was an All-American Swimmer and graduated from Tulane University on an athletic scholarship. After partnering with Peer Snoep in 1998, they created MSI Consulting. Since that time the business has expanded from a Permanent Placement Agency specializing in Accounting and Financial Placement to offering Consulting and Temporary and Temp-to-Perm services in the disciplines of Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT. Job titles range from the C-level down to the staff and administrative level. While most clients are based in the South Florida area, MSi has the ability to place candidates throughout the nation for their clients who have multiple offices and operations in multiple states and has done so with great success.
Jody is actively involved in numerous community/civic organizations, including the Ft. Lauderdale Executives Association of which he served as president, past board member of SAFE (St. Anthony Foundation for Education) where he also served as president, served on the Board of Bank of Florida as their Audit Chairman, served on the Board as Secretary of the Ft. Lauderdale Yacht Club, board member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Foundation. Jody is an avid fisherman and hunter and has contributed as a writer and photographer for multiple publications. In the past he held the position of Field Editor and Contributing Writer for Florida Sportsman Magazine. Currently he writes for his own lifestyle blog, www.rodnbarrel.com Jody also is the founder and now co-chair of the St. Thomas Aquinas Sporting Clays Tournament, a charity that raises money for tuition assistance for Catholic Education, as well as board member for the African Safari Club. With his vast network in the local area, Jody heads up business development for MSI Consulting. Jody is widowed and has four children - the oldest will be graduating from Northwestern University and the second oldest is attending Bucknell University on an athletic scholarship for water polo. His other two children attend St. Thomas High. His youngest daughter, a junior, has committed to play Basketball for Bucknell University on a full athletic scholarship.
Kellen joined the MSI team after moving from New Jersey. He became involved in the South Florida construction market and worked for local General Contractors in Project Management and Business Development roles. Kellen brings a detailed, caring approach to MSi and hopes to expand his previously developed network and business relationships.

Stefani is a Native Floridian with a diverse professional background. Shortly after graduating from FAU, she entered a Management Trainee program and was quickly promoted, working alongside the principals of the company. One of her many passions is to be an integral part in the development of small businesses, which she was able to do, to a national level.
